  • Great for 3D printers
Style: DC 24V - 39in(1000mm)
Got these when I was upgrading my Ender 3 with a new hot end. Fan works great and pushed a good amout of air.

  • Replacement part for an old Vicks cool mist humidifier
Style: DC 24V
Looks like most people are buying fans for their 3D printers, but it's commonly used as an exhaust fan for humidifiers and aromatherapy gadgets. They don't last forever, especially with calcium buildup. But they're super easy to switch out. Disassemble the base, remove the control board cover. It unplugs from the board and slides out of position. Mine had some foam tape to dampen vibration, and you may want to add some pieces in the same spots on the new fan. I gently removed the tape from the old fan with a nylon spudger and it had enough tackiness left to stick long enough to get it all reassembled. You have a choice of many different fans. If you like your humidifier to be quiet, choose a quiet one. If you want it to work better and don't worry about noise, choose a high speed one. I chose high speed. It works and sounds about the same as when the whole thing was new. It's striking how worn down the old fan was. Before it stopped spinning entirely, it was pushing out less than half of a reservoir of water overnight. Now it's pushing out almost a full one, which is what it's supposed to do. For features, I chose 5 stars for all. It's not particularly loud for its type. I don't know why warmth maters to an cooling or exhaust fan, but it cool mists very well. And I have no idea what sheerness is supposed to mean in this context... does it make the air suddenly deviate from its course? Yes, that's what even bad fans do. Is it perpendicular to something? Well, actually it is as arranged in the humidifier. So 5. ... show more

  • Cheap, quick option for 3d printing needs.
Style: DC 24V - 39in(1000mm)
I bought these to use as remote cooling fans for my 3d printer. Combined with corregsted plastic tubing and some 3d printed adapter from Thingiverse these are a great option for lowering the weight on your hotend assembly while still providing optimal cooling. I like the cheap price point and low cost. Also the longer wires work well for my remote setup as my main board is farther away with my new set up. Down side is noise level. Compared to the noctua’s these replaced the sound difference is quite noticeable. Still i would say they are either equivalent or maybe slightly less noisy then stock but are also more powerful. The sunlu style fans are probably your best bet if looking for low noise but the months long wait for shipping was longer than i had patience for. In the mean time i found these to be a cost effective decent solution for my needs. Will see about longevity but so far they have been working well in my printer which is usually on for 24 hours a day. ... show more

  • Decent replacement for Vicks humidifier
Style: DC 24V
Like others, I had a Vicks cold humidifier and the fan on that one went bad after about a year. Rather than get a new one ($45?) I tried this. It is a perfect physical fit, the connector works fine and polarity is correct. It took me about 10 minutes to swap out the old one -- pretty basic stuff if you own a Phillips medium sized screwdriver. It does make about 30% more fan noise than the original. And it doesn't quite disperse the moisture (fog) as well. On high, I think it puts out more moisture, but it doesn't loft as well and it wafts and settles around the unit. It does a bit better turned down about 20%. As before, I personally disperse the moisture with a HEPA filter blowing up at the humidifier, so for my purposes, I'm fine with it. Sure was cheap. ... show more

  • Great Fans For My Ender-5
Style: DC 24V
These fans move the air! All 4 of my fans are running smooth upon receipt. They are very quiet in my opinion. I was running the Hero Me fan duct with single 5015 fan which I bought from TH3D. I am upgrading to the Petsfang duct and needed a new fan for that setup. I gave these fans a try mainly based on price. I can tell you these fans are better than the TH3D fan which I gave $18.99 for a single fan after shipping. These fans are more quiet and move just as much air. Plus the TH3D fan would not operate at less than 25%. This is not really a big deal but still speaks to quality. I am running the fan fix and it still would not turn on below 25%. I usually run 80% fan and comes on full speed at layer 4. These fans all spin at 10%. I am totally impressed so far. Of course there is no way of telling how long they will last but at this price who cares. They are indeed brushless and run dual ball bearings. I took one apart to verify. All of the reviews calling these fans noisy have probably never used a 5015 fan before. These fans are no more noisy than any other 5015 out there and as I stated these are more quiet than the much more expensive TH3D fan. I had been running 2 4010's and a single 5015 moves much more air than dual 4010's. And if as others have stated you get some bad fans just return them until you get 4 good ones. Buy these fans. You will be happy with them! ... show more

  • Okay fans, but unpleasantly noisy for ball-bearing fans.
Style: DC 24V - 39in(1000mm)
They blow air, but two of the four whine and rattle much more than I had hoped for in a ball bearing fan. The other two are fine, so quality control must be an issue. I have 5015 fans from a different brand that blow as much air but they do it quietly.

  • Great for any hot end, a good noise
Style: DC 24V
Overall really happy, they work great on my ender 3 s1 pro and soon my sidewinder. They're not quiet no blower is, but this has a deeper less iritating sound then my stock fan. And you can run it a 60% and still have noticeably better cooling so that does make it quieter
