    • Very impressive computer and excellent value.
I took a chance on this to replace an Asus Vivobook PRO 15x that quit working out of the blue after less than 2 years of very, very, light use. I used it for college classes 2 to 3 times a week for maybe a total of 5 hours a week. Wasn't too impressed to be honest. THIS computer, so far, has exceeded my expectations. For one thing, it has a two year warranty, so I expect it to last at least a few months longer than the one I replaced it with. It's screen and keyboard are much bigger too. Also the backlit keyboard illuminates more evenly, and seems to be of better quality. Even the fingerprint sensor works better than the Asus' did. The battery also seems to last longer too. The material are very good, feel good. They keyboard feels good, and the fot and finish is just as good or better than HP or Asus. They bottom cover cn be easily removed, and there are expansion slots to upgrade the computer. Unlike the HP 17 series i had that felt like it was made of rubber, there isn't a lot of flex on this one's chassis. Finally, I got a really good deal too because it went on sale for 60 PERCENT OFF!!! So I snapped it up. Now, I have to disclose that the unit I was sent had an issue. At first I thought the battery was just not charged, so I plugged it in, and it did turn on. After setting it up, it said the battery was charged, but when I unplugged it, it turned off. I called the costumer support number, and I got a live person on the phone in less than 2 minutes. They asked what was happening and when I explained, they said I got a device that has an issue, and they'll send another one out once I dropped this one off at a UPS store. After I dropped it of, and the store scanned it, I got an email confirmation the new one was on the way. It arrived quickly, and this one worked flawlessly. So to sum it up, the warranty is the best around, the customer support is better than HP or Asus, the product is built very well and feels top quality. I'll forgive the first one that wasn't working right because the manufacturer made it right, and the whole computer is so much better than I expected. ... show more

Wow im seriously impressed with this laptop, ive spent about 15 years gaming on laptops and this has to be my favorite. The price and quaility/performance ratio us unparalleled compared to other brands, its runs so smooth and everything looks like ultra hd clarity. Feel like i bought a 2000 dollar laptop, high grade quality with smooth texture and absolutely 100% recommend and ive probably end up being a permanent customer if their quality stays like this! ... show more

Waited a month to write a review for this to be credible. When you are positioning this as a gaming laptop I expected a really fast laptop with good sound. It is good for the usual stuff, but I don't understand how this can be a gaming computer when there is no proper sound. I've used may laptops in my 65 years and this one by far has the weakest sound. If I have the fan on in my room I cannot hear what is coming off from the computer. It may be just my computer but when I wrote to the company they ignored it saying they make sure sound has the best clarity. It works but don't use it for gaming.. ... show more

No issues. Don't expect more than 4-6 hours of battery if using a lot of processing power while unplugged though.

This is a realky good laptop. The one I have has 17in screen. Its easy on the eyes, very responsive, and built in the US. Personally I like it, and for the price its a very good deal.
