I bought this wiring harness after purchasing a set of Hella FF75's. While this product isn't necessarily "designed" for them, all I had to do was snip off the terminal connectors for the lights and crimp on my own - took maybe 30 seconds. This harness made the install WAY faster and even comes with an inline fuse holder which I would have had to purchase separately if I went the DIY route with the included wire bundle in the Hella box. You can also customize the wiring if you know how - I opted to rewire the switch to only be enabled when ACC power is on, but you can definitely just keep the harness stock if you want. The 12 AWG kit seems to be made of thick quality wire, and extra fuses are included in the box. For $20 it was a great value.

I recently picked up the Nilight LED Light Bar Wiring Harness Kit and it works just as described. The 16AWG wire and 12V on/off waterproof switch are exactly what I needed for my LED light bar setup. The relay and blade fuse provide a reliable connection, and I haven’t had any issues with the power supply so far. It’s an easy-to-install kit, and everything fits together as expected, which made setting it up a breeze. That being said, the wire quality is a bit lacking. It’s not the highest grade wire I’ve worked with, and it feels a bit flimsy compared to other kits I’ve used. While it does the job, I’d have preferred a more durable and higher-quality wire. For the price, though, it’s a solid option, and it hasn’t caused any issues during my installation or use. Overall, the Nilight LED Light Bar Wiring Harness Kit is a reliable product that gets the job done, but the wire could definitely be improved. If you’re looking for an affordable and functional wiring kit for your LED light bar, this is a good choice, but keep in mind that the wire quality isn’t top-tier.

(Sorry don’t have any pictures of it wired up in the Bronco right now) I hate electrical work. I got fed up making my harness, anyone who’s done it gets it. You end up spending too much and wasting so much time getting the crimping and heat shrink done. I did like 75% of the auxiliary panel done and said screw it and bought this when it came to my spot lights, and thank god i did. I had to extend the post cable to the fuse panel as it’s in the rear of my Bronco, but that’s not a problem. the rest of it was plenty long enough for the job. Just need to finish hiding everything as i’ve gotten lazy. also some of the panels need to come back out to get re finished again.
