Install was pretty strait forward. Lights work great. I would prefer putting them on a switch so the controller is not drawing power but for now we will see how it goes. I have not tried the app yet so can’t speak to that but the remote works fine. The lights on the roof are super bright so I wish I could dim those separately from the other lights but maybe redirecting them out instead of down will reduce the blinding while night driving. Overall it’s a great product and I just hope they last. ... show more

Get these! They work awesome! Pros: quality construction, LEDs encased in though, waterproof outer plastic shell with siliconed ends. Cords between each set of light strips are plenty long enough to either stretch them out so the light strips can be spaced apart or coil them up so the lights are closer together. The power wire ends are plenty long enough to reach the control box. Although these are labeled as underglow, I used these for my golf cart extended canopy. Worked perfectly to go all the way around with almost no space between lights. Super easy install. One note, if you purchase multiple sets, they all use the same controller/remote so all you need is one. ... show more

Received the lights and installed them on 5/31. I had read several reviews and took warning from others in reference to them overheating if hooked to anything above 12 volts. For that reason I connected them to a step down fuse block from the golf cart battery. Installation was smooth and fairly easy. When the battery was reconnected and the cart was turned on the lights worked and turned on. I began to download the app and noticed the lights had turned off. I restarted the cart, checked the fuse, checked voltage and everything was working just the control modular would not turn on. I sent an email to the seller at that time. I received a response on 6/2 asking for more information, photos, and a video of the issue. All information sent on 6/2. No response from the seller. Sent a follow up email on 6/9, no response. Sent a final email on 6/15, still no response. Retuned the product on 6/23 not wanting to miss the window. TLDR, Buy this product elsewhere. Cheap product at low price with no after sale support. Pick a different company and seller so you don’t have to buy it twice and install it again. ... show more

Have only had it for a few days but really enjoy the lights. More than enough modes, actually too many to choose from. Only thing I have noticed is the app with your phone does not have very long range from the cart for connectivity. Using the remote will be better. The 3M adhesive side did not work for me, not enough flat area to adhere to. Drilling holes through plastic and using small tie wraps to secure to cart worked a lot better. I purchased this product along with a nilight light bar. Had issues with 32 inch light bar, see that review as well I tried to install light strip kit, since I had issues with light bar, I decided to pre check to make sure kit would work prior to I installation. I found that the wiring harness would immediately blow the in line fuse with NO lighting plugged into strips plugged into it. I contacted service and I have waited 8 days for resolution, none has been provided Now when I try to reply to service, my email appears to be blocked. The delays have put it past my Amazon return date, and now I am stuck with a non working light kit. I strongly recommend you DO NOT Purchase nilight light strip kit nor any other nilight products. ... show more
