I recently installed the Govee Smart Car Interior LED Lights, and they completely changed the look and feel of my car. Installation was surprisingly simple—everything plugged into the car adapter and the adhesive strips held the lights securely under the dash and seats. One of the best features is the Govee app control. It lets you choose from a wide variety of colors and lighting modes, and you can even create your own custom color combinations. The music mode is especially fun—the lights react to the beat of the music, which makes night drives much more enjoyable. The brightness is adjustable and strong enough to look vibrant without being distracting while driving. I also appreciate that the lights feel well-made and the wires are long enough to route cleanly around the interior. Overall, these lights are a great value for the price. If you want to add some personality to your car’s interior or just enjoy customizable ambient lighting, the Govee Smart Car Interior Lights are definitely worth it. I would absolutely buy them again.

Was super easy to set up and it looks soo beautiful. I like that it comes with an app to customize the colors and brightness. And it comes with zip ties to hide the cables and it has an adhesive to glue it up but it didnt work too well on my car personally so i bought some double sided tape from Target. Overall, i think its pretty worth it and definitely was a steal considering the quality and cheap price.

I purchased these lights from Amazon. I cleaned the mounting surfaces in my truck using Nextzett Cockpit Premium Interior and Dashboard Cleaner prior to installation. Unfortunately there is a lot of cable in this kit, I was able to hide the cable pretty well, installation was fairly quick. I recommend doing a dry layout of the light strips and confirm they give the lighting you want, if not, reposition the lights as needed. The one failure I experienced was with the adhesive on the back of the light strips, the brand provided was Tesa. When I attempted to place the light strips they stayed in place for 30-seconds maximum and simply fell off. I then removed the adhesive strips from the back of each light strip and cleaned the surface using Nextzett, next I cut to size strips of 3M PE Foam tape and. applied it to the backs of each light strip. I began placing the strips in my truck, the 3M PE Foam Tape held the light strips in place perfectly. Overall I like the product, but not the adhesive strips provided by Govee.

Reading the reviews here, people like this. The one complaint is adhesive. I just used these during the summer and I haven’t had to touch them since I put them in my car. Quality is awesome, I feel like the brightness is good but only at night. During the day it doesn’t have an effect, but that’s expected. It works with the Govee app, and if you buy other products from them it’s really nice that it’s all in one app. LEDs have worked the same from start to now. It does come with zip ties. When I installed them I did attach zip ties. Nonetheless, the adhesive still appears to be working. But the zip ties are very helpful as a backup.

I like these ones because they are super straightforward. Some of the other ones have way too many features. All I wanted to do with this one was to set it to red and wire it into my headlight switch. It works flawlessly for what I want it to do. I don't use the music mode, it doesn't seem to be that good. Easy to install on my car, the sticky adhesive on the lights worked pretty well.

In my previous car, the Govee light set that I bought worked BEAUTIFULLY. It turned on instantly when the car is started and turned off instantly whenever the car is turned off - it was all very seamless as if it was part of the car itself, I never had to push the on/off button on the 12VOLT and left it on the entire time, also the app was working beautifully connection wise. Fast forward, I got a new car - I bought a new set of lights and the set they sent kept giving me TROUBLES, here are the issues I'm currently experiencing: 1) The lights would stay ON the whole night even when the car is off. This concerned me so I tested a 12Volt phone charger, and the charger would only charge when the car is on and wouldn't charge if my phone is off. 2) You might think oh just turn the red button on and off as the solution to my previously mentioned issue. But, when the 12V is plugged in the entire time and I utilize the on/off red button, it doesn't work! Turning off works but turning it back on, some days it works, other days it wouldn't turn on at all (even when the light is on on the red power button). Hit and miss - definitely more misses than hits. 3) When the lights are not turning on despite indicating that it is on the power button because of the light indicator on the button, the app keeps LOADING to try to find connection - basically it just wouldn't turn whenever that happens. If the lights are on, the app works. If the lights are not on despite indicating that its on, the app doesn't work. 4) The brightness was ASS. Its not as vibrant and bright in comparison to my first set in my previous car. Wish I would have kept the set but I didn't because the adhesive was so strong I literally couldn't tear it off so I ended up giving them to the new owner that bought my car. But this leads to... 5) The adhesive, the least of my worries but still an issue, was so bad on this set! It keeps falling off! Overall, quality is inconsistent. I ordered a different set to test it out on my new car, hopefully it wont cause me such issues again.

Works as advertised. Setup was a breeze, no issues at all, just followed the instructions provided. The lights are bright enough. The wire length was ideal for a GMC Terrain. Adhesive quality is a bit questionable but could be an issue with my car as I stuck it behind the front seats and the material there was cloth. I was able to secure the ends of wires by pushing them into crevices behind the seat. It worked out well but just for others info who want to stick to the cloth seats. The front worked fine as it stuck well to the plastic.
