Very happy with it so far. Have done 3 loads of dishes and they have come out perfect every time. We are using the Finish detergent pods in the washer and have not had any residue left on the dishes. I haven’t had a dishwasher in about 5 years. The places I’ve lived in that time didn’t have them in unit. I’ve been eyeing one of these portable dishwashers for a while, but had been a bit discouraged on price and set-up. But I’m prone to bouts of laziness and hate when I let the dishes pile up. This machine certainly elicits the bygone era of when dishwashers first hit the market and people were amazed at the convenience. This machine is definitely worth the investment, and was easy to set up. It packs a punch; my dishes have not looked this sparkling in a while! It heats up well and my dishes are dry. Works better than some full sized dishwashers I’ve used in the past. I use mine in tank mode since I still need access to my sink, but tank mode works great. It can’t wash any big items, like pans or big pots, but it does still hold quite a bit. Perfect for single people in apartments. Make sure to angle your dinner plates if they’re on the larger side. So far no errors, but I’ve only had it a few days, so we shall see how it goes. I do wish it came in a color other than white, though. Great product anyway!

2 days into owning this dishwasher, which incidentally arrived a full day early (!) and I am in love. I have not had a dishwasher for 3 years and I am so happy with this purchase. It took me a long time to pull the trigger, and I read review after review on every single dishwasher available before deciding on this one. I got the black glass door one. One thing that I noted was that the hermitlux dishwashers had far less negative reviews than other brands in the category I was looking (I needed a tank, couldn't hook up to faucet). Thank you to all the prior reviewers of this and other countertop dishwashers, you really help me make my decision! Since I have had this dishwasher, I've run eight loads and it has been seamless. I purchased a $60 stainless steel rolling cart for it because I don't have enough cabinet clearance, and I really didn't want to give up my very small amount of counter space anyway. This gives me the added bonus of rolling the cart directly into my hallway to run my dishes instead of trying to navigate my very few kitchen electrical outlets. I have two window air conditioners running at all times and I do occasionally have breaker issues in my apartment so this doing dishes in the hallway thing is working out very well. I have a collapsible bucket on the bottom shelf of the cart to collect dishwater, so easy! Onto the dishwashing, I've had a couple of things which were already stained not get as unstained as I would like but they were already stained so this was not a surprise. Everything else is coming out spotless! And so shiny. Clearly, hand washing was not going as well for me as I thought! I am using Cascade gel because I really just did not want to deal with any more research this week. This may change later on down the road but I wanted to get my dishes washing. In my estimation, this dishwasher can hold about a third of a standard dishwasher load but it's been awhile since I've had a standard dishwasher so I could be a little off on my math. The silverware situation annoyed me right out the gate so I popped the little lid off of the silverware container and haven't used it at all, which has caused no issue. I see people less happy about that little flip down rack not holding anything but I put all of my cooking utensils up there, and I also put my yeti-style lids up there. I love that rack! I'll probably learn more how to fit more dishes in there as time goes on but I'm highly impressed with how clean my plastic ware is getting, and it's really nice to be confident that my dishes are sanitized. So far I have used quick wash, standard wash, and strong wash on some of my grungier dishes and all cycles performed really well. If I allow it to run through the dry cycle which I really have been a little too impatient for, it does dry well. Plastics will likely still have water on top but that's that's it's something I dealt with on standard dishwashers. I'm single and still expect to be running this dishwasher daily because why not? It doesn't take very much water and it will be one less thing for my ADHD brain to deal with. Clean sink for the win! Speaking of my ADHD brain, this thing is also nearly silent. I can occasionally hear water slashing but that's about it. Even the notification beeps are very low volume. Since I am rolling the cart into the hallway to wash dishes, I pour three containers of water into the tank (I love the guide piece for it since I can't be trusted to pour water slowly), then I fill the container about halfway in case I didn't get enough in there and roll the whole thing down the hall. Twice I have not gotten enough water in there and the machine let me know so I was able to top it off with my container. I did purchase the extended warranty for 2 years because this was a big purchase for me, even though I do not normally buy extended protection. Tldr: This is a great machine!

I love this dishwasher! If you live alone in a smaller space (apartment, small home) this is fantastic fix for having to wash dishes by hand. It works great, doesn't leak, and cleans my dishes and pots and pans well. Definitely worth the purchase.

I read tons of reviews before deciding to purchase. I've had this for roughly 2 months now. Although I'd love to have a full size dishwasher, I'm a renter and don't have a lot of space. I chose Hermitlux instead of the others since it has the option to connect to faucet (water line )OR fill with water. I preferred to fill the tank with the pitcher that was included. Very easy to assemble, and the 'quick' setting of 30mins works perfectly. After the 30 mins, there's an hour timer to dry dishes. It doesn't fit a ton of dishes, but perfect for a single person/couple. There is only one issue I wish they could fix. I'm slightly hearing impaired, and when you fill the water tank, the machine will beep when tank is full. However, the beep is very difficult to hear. It seems unlikely that you can overfill it though. You will see water coming out of drainage pipe (that you keep in the sink) if you overfill it. Happy with this purchase!

The media could not be loaded. LOVE! Truly what I love about this is that you do not have to hook it up to the faucet. I like keeping the faucet free whereas my previous full size portable dishwasher required me to practically redo my kitchen every single time I had to do a load this is why I purchase this item. I have run four loads and it has cleaned and dried beautifully. However the manual is terrible not only uninformative gives misinformation on how much water and soap to use, plus, no information on error codes(see my video). I have no regrets dishes have come out sparkling clean it's quiet and I love that I can run multiple loads it keeps all the dirty dishes out of my sink and countertop. GAME CHANGER!

I absolutely love this dishwasher. It has been the best thing that I have bought. Cut my dishes and cleaning my kitchen time down and half really down to nothing. I definitely would recommend this to anyone that is a single individual or is just a single couple or a family with one child no more than a family of three people for this dishwasher.
