Proceed as necessary. Would be five stars if not for the less-than-50%-popular hooded female connector. I had to cut the hood off for the trailer's exposed male connector to fit and connect. After that all was good. Brake lights, turn signals, and running lights worked as expected.

I’m not gonna say this will be easy for everybody. I have a little bit of experience with this, but it is direct straightforward and the directions are very easy to follow. I would buy this again. I hope this helps.

My wife and I drag trailers, boats and equipment around on the back of our vehicles on a regular basis. We own a farm, and multiple properties across several states. So we need a good, strong wiring system because of the abuse of road wear and tear. This wiring system replaces, completely, the wiring harness in the Jeep Grand Cherokee 2015. The provided parts are solid and look well built. However, the package suffers from a lack of basic wiring instructions/layout for the Jeep. There are Q-R codes that lead to youtube videos, but nothing with diagrams, etc. That would have been a rather straightforward inclusion, given they had to have the information to develop the wiring harness and connections. Summary Instructions 3 out of 5 QR codes but nothing explaining the wiring diagram of the vehicle Features Worked 5 out of 5 Once connected, it worked great! Durability 5 out of 5 Average -- nothing stands out, but it isn't flimsy. Ease of use 4 out of 5 Harder to install as I had to find a separate wiring diagram. Total 17 out of 20 (85%)
