You really need to watch the size on these. My daughter is not a small girl by any means. These came nowhere close to fitting. They ran small. Had to get a pair locally in a hurry. Good quality though.

I play adult competitive level pick up volleyball weekly. I am a small woman (5-4 and about 118 lb) and am in my late 30s. I rotate through all positions but am best and most active as a libero/defensive specialist. I drive all over the court and make a lot of defensive saves. I ordered the size L/XL based on reviews and information I read. When I tried them on, I felt like they were a bit looser than I felt comfortable with for playing. I felt pretty confident they were going to move/slide down the moment I would dive so I am returning these. I kept the Mizuno Elite 9 SL2 and have worn a couple weeks, size M. I had a prior pair of Mizuno and know the Medium fits well and stays in place and have been happy with them except that they can wear through quickly. But I have to have kneepads that will stay in place. Huge bruise the first week because a coverage gap/seam was over a bone. Maybe my fault. But Otherwise those Mizunos are working and comfortable as usual/free movement. I can't speak to the performance of the Nike pads. I wanted to try them but I don't think there is a sizing option here that will work. Maybe I'll try again next time when these Mizuno's wear. Edited to add the next size down, M/L Nike Streak pads might fit, I just didn't bother trying again right now, but may in the future. ... show more
