If you thought you needed three hands (one to hold the wetsuit and then two more to expand the hanger), then suspend the hanger by itself on the hook, etc., you were going to use, bring the wetsuit up onto the suspended unexpanded hanger with one hand and use the other to pull down the top blue part to expand the wings inside the suit... or just expand the hanger completely using two hands before putting it into the wetsuit. ... show more

    • Collapsing is not immediately obvious, and I've pinched my fingers a few times doing this
No directions included. I'm not mechanically challenged, but there must be some trick to this as to not pinch fingers when trying to collapse the hanger. otherwise, great product.

Just As described. I would encourage the manufacturer to use a thicker guage steel, or at least a higher temper for the hook. It is quite flimsy and i worry about its durrability and longevity.
