The media could not be loaded. I own several different brands and slightly different types of IR Night Vision Goggles and monoculars. I'm intrigued by the ability to see in total darkness. You can be stealth, unlike a flashlight. For Hunting these things are a game changer. Being able to sneak out into the woods before daybreak and get up in my tree stand and be able to see everything going on around me without possibly spooking that monster buck..oh yaa! But these are useful for so many other applications then just hunting. See out in your yard what's creeping around and getting into your plants, garden, trash. They are not a toy trinket. Also fun for the kids to be able to play hide and seek in the dark. The build quality is good and with 3 batteries you should be able to get hours of viewing pleasure. I always have a pair in each of my vehicles, along with a good flashlight. Definitely recommend. They also make great gifts. ... show more

I have a few pairs of night vision goggles in this price range up to $150 These are by far the most disappointing. No filter choices just grayscale. They are auto zoomed to 1x And you can’t zoom out anymore. So wearing them on your head and walking even a few feet is difficult. They were good for looking around, but if you’re looking for something to wear on your head and walk around, don’t buy these ... show more

This is a really fun item to watch wildlife at night. It works more like a monitor; as if you are looking at a screen vs actually looking with your own eyes (if that makes sense?).
