Picture A, is what comes out of the box, except the 32 gig card I already put in this unit. Picture B, is the control face of the Night Vision Binoculars. The focus is turned on the camera lens, for closer and farther away. Picture C, is the under carriage of this unit that has a 1/4 inch for a tripod and there is a place you open to install the TF memory card and to hook up for charging and data exchange with a computer for saving your videos. Picture D, is the camera screen where everything is giving you control information and a viewing area to see what the camera sees. Please watch from this area and not the other side. Picture E, is where you find the Infra-red light and the camera lens are at. Looking at the infra-red can do damage to your eyes so don't be looking through this side there is nothing to see here. This is so cool I loved it as soon as it got dark and I went outside. OMG, I could see everything like it was daytime and even before I turned on the infra-red light, just from the lights that were on. It somehow uses their lights. I did enjoy looking around my neighborhood. So I had to go inside a room in my house that was pitch dark inside before the infra-red light turned it into a night vision camera. The camera made it all so extra cool as I can take pictures in the dark or video in 4K. It is night vision, low light vision, a camera, a video recorder, and a set of binoculars, all in one. I fell in absolute love when I saw everything this unit can do. It is in the top 4 things I have gotten in the last few years. I love that I can put it on a tripod and aim it at what you want. Everything visual should have a 1/4 inch fitting to mount it on. So I took it out of the box and charged it up, installed the tf card, and turned it on. While I was waiting for it to charge it up. I took out the manual and read how all of the controls work. They are laid out pretty good and with just a little bit I was using the controls as I walked around and was watching the viewer, which is really a nice size too. At first I thought that you watched from the other side as it looks like a regular set of binoculars, but don't do that as the infra-red is on that side and not good to look into. I can't wait till I get off in the woods and just set it up on a tripod and see what I can see. I do like this very sweet night vision tool and hope this helps as you are looking for your own night vision needs.

The media could not be loaded. I am using the Arckiguana 4K Night Vision Goggles/Binoculars on off-road camping trips and occasionally to check out the street in front of our house at night. The Night Vision Goggles/Binoculars are neither goggles nor binoculars, but they do provide decent night vision. The “goggles” are essentially a video recorder and camera that displays what the camera sees on a 4.5-inch diagonal display screen. There are two binocular-like protrusions on the back end of the device – one is for the camera lens and focusing knob, the other projects infrared light to illuminate what the device is being used to look at. The field of view for the device is listed as 10 degrees, which is narrow. When looking at a scene 25 feet away, the width of the area shown on the display is just over 5 feet across. The device can focus on objects as close as 15 inches away, but most viewing will probably be done at longer distances. The device is rechargeable and includes a USB-A to USB-C cable for charging. A 32GB microSD card and a neck strap are also included with the device. The device can record video in a variety of resolutions – 4K, FHD, HD, and 480P – and frame rates varying from 5 to 30 FPS, with or without audio. It can also take still photos in one of several configurable megapixel counts, ranging from 1MP to 36MP. The night vision sensitivity can be set to one of three levels, and the IR illumination can be set to one of seven levels. The device has a 1/4-inch mount point on the bottom. This connection point is on a small, raised area. This makes it difficult to get a solid, stable connection using a quick release (QR) plate because the QR plate is in contact with only a small area on the bottom of the device. With the device and QR plate mounted on a tripod, pressing the shutter button was enough to cause the device to shift a bit. I am rating the device 4-stars, but I would give it 3-1/2 stars if that were an option.

The night vision on these googles is not bad. It takes a moment to adjust to not using them as a regular set of binoculars. You won't look through the eyepieces (as with traditional binoculars) you will look at the rather large screen. It's rather intuitive as to how to use the goggles, there is an infrared up/down and the focus is on the left eyepiece. Going from picture to video mode is easy as is changing the color modes. What's nice is that the goggles aren't heavy. I could hold them in my hands without my hands getting tired. It's a lightweight set but also a quality set. I appreciate that the SD card is included so it's ready to use as soon as it's charged.

This is not a bad device. It is not the most intuitive to use, but it does work fairly well. It is a hybrid of a camera and night camera, not really a full blown night vision system. This is more of a fun toy for us when we go camping, not a robust night vision tool.
