In order to be fair in a review for this item you have to take into account the price. You can easily spend thousands of dollars on high end night vision optics and only then will you get the absolute best performance...that's professional level, military grade stuff....this is not that and should not be judged by those standards....this is an ENTRY LEVEL product and an entry level price and should be judged by entry level standards.For this price, I think these are very acceptable and function well.....in short.....they work! You CAN see things at night, with decent clarity and at a reasonable distance. Can you read a newspaper at 100 yards? Of course not, but for an entry level night vision optic I really have no complaints for this price. I feel that it is a very good value and will get you in the night vision game to play around with it and decide if spending a LOT more is worth it to you for your needs and desires. They look and fell well made will provide decent and usable resolution and magnification that will be adequate for most people's non-professional needs. The buttons are easy to access and it has a quality feel.These night vision binoculars are an upgrade from regular binoculars. These night vision binoculars are great for day-to-day surveillance or sightseeing. support 36MP photos and 4K video recording,which feature 3.2” LCD screen, 8X digital Zoom, 7 IR illuminator levels, You can save and record video. Nothing to dislike and liked it all. I really was expecting to get them and find they were just like most night view can't see nothing. Wrong I was shocked when I went through the directions and looked threw them it was bad ass I seen things as if it was dusk. If you bought these and say they don't work well they must be defective or you didn't read the instructions book. When you do that they are so easy to record, take still photos and learn how to zoom in, out all the good perks. Love them. ... show more

I’ll use them hunting wild boar while they are most active. Love that you can use them with or without night vision mode so I can also use them during the day. Plenty of modes with the ability to record videos, and take pictures that are saved to the micro SD card. Definitely would be a great gift.

    • Exceeds expectations
I rarely write reviews but I had to give A+++++ to this camera that allowed me to watch Black Bears for hours on the first day I got the camera. Total darkness at the Smoky Mountains today. Can’t see 10 ft in front of me. The bears were 50 yards from me.

    • great gift for my daughter
These were a Christmas gift for our daughter. She says they are GREAT! She goes out with her husband when he hunts for deer, etc. and says as it gets dark she can now see many things in the woods. Of course, hubby doesn’t hunt after dark - but they love watching wildlife!
