I was super-skeptical when I saw these because of the $80 price tage (not on sale), but wow, that soon abated. These night vision binoculars are packed with great features like 4K video, 36Mpixel photo, 10x digital zoom, rechargeable (USB-C), time-lapse, and onboard storage including PC connectivity. The daytime viewing is clear and not washed out, and the LCD screed is recessed so it gives some sun-shade, but is also vibrant and bright. The IR levels are easy to change and work well at the appropriate distances. Also not mentioned is that there is a standard threaded tripod mount hole on the underside of the binoculars, described in the manual as "bracket hole", for stationary mounting. The casing on these binoculars is heavy duty plastic, so not delicate, but the front lenses a a bit exposed and I worry about possible scratches. All of the buttons and seams are rubberized, so I assume there is a moderate level of water-resistance, but I was unable to find an IP rating anywhere on the device page or packaging, but the manual at the very end does say not to submerge the device, and to try to keep it out of the rain "as much as possible". I really like the ability to turn the button illumination on and off by a button push instead of having to go into the menus to do it. The manual is adequate, but with very tiny text, and does a decent job of going over the menus and features of the device. The warranty expressed on the Amazon page is good for a device like this, but in the box is a registration card to activate an Extended Lifetime Warranty (lifetime "main part", 3 months no questions return, 24 support, and 2 year accessories guarentee), which is unbelievable at this price point. The only thing I can really ding this on is that it does not come with a case of any kind, and no wireless/bluetooth support, which I can not knock anything off the rating for at this price point, but would like to see as options in a more expensive version or something, and maybe replaceable snap-in lens covers for the front lenses. On a geeky note, the style and design of these make you feel like you are using Star Wars binoculars, which is cool in-and-of-itself. An unbelievable value for what you are getting with these binoculars, even if you won't be using the night vision as often.

The 3.5" night vision goggles are very cool and work surprisingly well. The largish (at least as far as these things go) 3.5" view screen is nice as well. It has a 10x digital zoom which can be handy for getting a better look at an animal or whatever you are looking at once you spotted them. The batteries also seem to last a pretty long time as I have not yet had to recharge them. I like the fact that it uses rechargeable batteries so that you don't need to have a bunch of AA batteries around. The goggles also let you store images and videos that you have taken. There is a somewhat poorly positioned tripod mount on the bottom front of the device which I find to be an awkward placement as it doesn't allow you access to the "on/off" switch, USB port or Micro SD Memory Card while connected to a tripod head. The unit refers to a TF card, but that's really the same thing as the microSD card (aka Micro SDXC Memory Card). I like the way you can also adjust the IR illumination strength so that you can adjust the brightness so that the details of what you are looking at aren't drowned out.

I've looked at night vision binoculars for a few years now and was considering getting some as an easier to use alternative to my night vision rifle scope. Many of them seemed expensive and a lot of them didn't have very good user feedback, BUT these are very affordable and they work extremely well. These are a great product for outdoors enthusiasts, hunters, first responders, or anyone who would just like to know what's going on around them. These are relatively simple to use, seem well-made, and have a lot of features. The viewing window is large, clear, and effective for both day time and low light usage. The infrared works well, zoom and focus are responsive, you have the option to either take pictures or video, and it even comes with it's own memory card for storage. It comes with a carrying strap, USB C charging cable, owners manual, and lens cleaning cloth. If you charge it when it comes and spend just a few minutes reading the instructions you'll be ready to go like an expert once you pull off the protective lens covers. The buttons are easy to use and laid out efficiently so you can make adjustments while still viewing the screen. Performance wise these are nice for day time viewing, but they really impress in the dark. To give perspective, with the highest IR setting I can easily watch raccoons, skunks, groundhogs, or anything else at a distance of at least 100 yards away. That isn't as far as my night vision rifle scope, but these binoculars only cost about 1/5 of what the scope did, so using these for closer observations is fantastic as an alternative. Don't like walking around your property at night because you don't know whom or what might be out there? Need visibility at night, but bright lights aren't the best option? Well, then these night vision binoculars are worth your consideration. I've been skeptical of them before, but these have really impressed me so far.
