Baught this to replace an aged no longer working night owl dvr. Easy to set up good clarity for day and night. App is finicky dosent always recored motion thats is brief but may be setting related. Overall pleased with it did not need tech support so take the one star their as not used

Software issue and provider could not help nor would they replace! Do not purchase this item!!!!! Third party seller and Amazon will not help with refund or replacement. First bad taste in my mouth purchasing online.

New system was not compatible with older cameras, so had to order new cameras.. Also was not compatible with existing monitoring software that was used with older Night Owl software. Could not get remote monitoring to work with Android phone. New system ok for first time setup and use, just not able to integrate into existing older system. ... show more
