I am so happy that these mouth guards were so reasonably priced compared to the ones my dentist wanted me to order through their office. I usually wake up daily with a headache, and since starting to use this mouth guard at night my headaches have been gone. I have severe migraines triggered by teeth grinding in my sleep from stress, and these mouth guards have been a life saver! They are also form-fitting, easy to use, and comfortable to sleep in. This is the third guard I have bought and so far the easiest to form to your mouth. You get 3 chances to make the right fit. Don't leave it in the ice water more than a second as it will not form correctly.

Never having used a mouth piece like a nite before I was skeptical I could find anything worth buying So far these are the best I have found. The right price the best feel. Easiest to folow directions that actually made sense.

I bought it for my TMJ issues and it helped a lot. They are comfortable to wear and the box comes in 2 sizes of mouth guards which I found very helpful.

Box was supposed to have 3 large and 3 small mouthpieces. Mine had 2 small and 4 large. The small is what fits me so it would’ve been nice to have all 3. Molding was easy when following the directions. Product is comfortable to wear.
