This set looks really amazing. The pieces are all very heavy duty. The chairs are very comfortable. We got the 15 piece set. It did arrive in several different boxes over about 4 days. Since there were so many pieces it did take a while to assemble, but the assembly was easy and the parts clearly marked. It averaged about 15 mins per piece to assemble. One of our pieces was damaged out of the box. I contacted the seller and they responded within a few hours and shipped out a replacement piece (just the panel that was damaged).

I had an issue with one of the panels’ threading but the seller took care of it immediately and I got the replacement piece 2 days later after contacting them. This set was very reasonably priced and seems to be good quality so far. It was pretty easy to put together. I got the 8 piece set and I like that you can change it around for different configurations. The cushions are comfortable. My only complaint is that the material is kinda slippery and the back cushions have nothing to secure them in place so they constantly fall down. The seat cushions do however come with a way to fasten them to their base. Customer service was helpful and fast when I reached out to explain the ottomans didn’t come with the rest of the shipment. They explained that they were on their way and gave me the exact date they would arrive.

The boxes were clearly labeled and all pieces and required hardware were included, along with easy-to-follow instructions. My husband and I were able to assemble all the pieces in just a few hours. The furniture is exactly what we wanted! It is sturdy and the cushions are much thicker than many sets we considered, making it cozy and comfortable. The covers seems durable, and the set came with an additional set of covers in a different color. It will look great on our new deck once it is completed! We looked around at several furniture stores and ended up with this one! Absolutely cozy feeling, can be rearranged to several formats, looks amazing together with a fire table!! Was delivered on time as noted; easy to assemble, the directions were clear, Took us only a few hours. The individual chairs can be easily latched so it don’ doesn’t move. However the cushions do not strap to the back of the couch, so it’s free to move, would have been nice if it had a strap. No parts were missing or damaged in the entire delivered. The fabric is as mentioned in the description. Weather resistant, color matches the picture in the product photo; does not come with pillows, means they need to ordered separately. The fire table is the absolute highlight! Comes with a holder for propane tank, Cover when not in use and glass shield. The pebbles inside the fire table gives a nice glossy look. A worthy Product!

This is a beautiful patio furniture set! It is well made, durable, and comfortable. The cushions are waterproof. There is also another set of covers that comes with it. It is easy enough for one person to assemble. The fire table gives off a good amount of heat. This company has great customer service! A piece of one of the chairs was not lining up correctly, so I reached out to the company. They sent a replacement part which arrived within a few days. They reached out after a few days to make sure the replacement part worked. You will not regret buying this patio furniture set!

I was looking for a long time for some really nice outdoor patio , that would be strong/sturdy and beautiful, but most important of all, at a very good/reasonable price. I found this set and loved look and I loved the price too, so We went for it, we hired the assembly service because I don’t have time to do it myself, first of all the set is so beautiful and elegant, very comfortable. We can’t believe we were able to find such a beautiful set for such an affordable price , just as a reference I’m 6.1 foot man , this set is perfect for me and my whole family, the fact that the set comes with a fire pit just make things even greater. We have got so many compliments when we have visits over . The assembly service was also awesome and very worthy. This company is also a real gem, communication and costumer service is great. If Could I would give them 10 starts. We absolutely love this set. 100 Recommended

We are pleased with this piece. The customer service has been great! The pieces came in several different boxes on different days. One of the boxes was pretty beat up. You could tell someone had opened it and had attempted to put it together. It looked like they decided to return it and somehow it was shipped directly to us. Pieces were missing and scratched up. Emailed the seller and after sending pictures, they were happy to replace the missing/scratched pieces right away. Once we got it all together, it looks great! The fire table also is very nice. I did put some extra stuffing in the pillows as they are very thin. The actual seat cushions are very firm. Kinda hurts your butt after sitting on for a while. I also got some Velcro pads to secure the cushions to the seat. All of these things seem very appropriate with the price. I didn’t pay $5,000 so I’m not getting a $5000 piece. It is nice to look at. Has been great for hosting. Seems very sturdy. Would buy again in a heartbeat.
