Overall, this is a great pair of night vision goggles. My only complaint is that smaller items (animals) are almost impossible to distinguish from each other at 20-30 yards. However, you are able to get a very bright picture even without the IR illuminator. I was just using ambient moonlight at night and was able to see quite well. When you click on the illuminator, expect even better results! Make sure you remove all of the protectors off of everything before using. Excellent battery life. ... show more
