I really like this little gizmo. It is a good ab work out for me. I love the tension bands too! I am 70 and I use this every other day. My biggest problem is,(nothing about the machine) getting off the floor! Lol

I love this exercise equipment but it didn’t include the exercise bands 😔I already notified the manufacturer but never received a response. Can’t really use it to the fullest. Can they at least send me the stretch bands? I can’t use a regular band with this ☹️
