I have never, ever, In my entire life, been so shocked to see what quite literally was the worst business transaction to ever occur in the next 1000 years. Do. Not. Buy. From. These. People. I have wasted an ungodful amount of time talking to and messaging these people. 2 partial refunds later, a whole bunch of random pieces that don't fit together in my living room, I still do not have the couch or a refund... oh and by the way, it looks tacky and like you paid 5 dollars for it. Cheap looking material. So ugly. Disappointed in the whole situation. Do not buy......... are you still considering it? Once again, I said. Do. Not. Buy. (No I'm not crazy, this situation is terrible) Update.... Finally got a refund after having to contact customer support about 5 times. Somebody in logistics should be fired over this situation. ... show more

    • Easy assembly, sturdy!

Super easy assembly. It came in 2 boxes and wasnt too difficult to take up the stairs by myself. Super lightweight, I'm a bigger person and it can handle me sitting down harshly with no creeks. I only knock one star off because its not very soft. The chaise is soft but not the sofa part itself.
