I bought this when my trusty 7-year old Plantronics headset (Explorer 50) bit the dust, and as much as I loved that headset I have to say this new one is a big upgrade. I think my favorite feature is the charging case, as long as I put it back in the case when I'm done it's always ready to go. All I need to do is plug the case in every few days to charge it back up, the headset doesn't even need to be in it. Another big upgrade is the range, my last headset I could go maybe over to the next room and be fine, but with this headset I can go anywhere in my house (even 2 floors away) and still have clear headset reception. Audio quality is great on both sides, so no complaints there. Finally, the reason I'm writing this review is that a few months into owning this headset, I had an issue with my headset volume (I don't think it's an issue with the headset overall, just the one I got, these things happen). I just asked for advice on how to possibly fix it, and Lanfy replaced it no questions asked. I wasn't even asking for that! 5-star customer service. So I wanted to give them their credit for a great customer service experience.

6/28/2024 Update: Was unable to fix it with super glue because once it attached it was no longer able to swivel to be stored flat in its charging station nor to be worn over any of the ears. I wouldn't waste your money on this product. *************** 6/25/2024 Update: It had only been 3 months since I bought this Bluetooth headset and the eat loop broke! I am so disappointed. I will try to fix it with super glue but it'll be difficult because the piece is supposed to be able to rotate. I'm afraid if I use super glue that it won't be able to rotate anymore. It needs to be able to rotate so that it can lay flat on the charger but also rotate out so I can loop it over my ear. I don't want to have to but a new one every 3 months. Would not recommend. ****************** I bought this Bluetooth headset earpiece because I saw reviews on it for people using it for their laptops/PCs. I intended to buy it for PC Gaming. I have to say that I love it. It is simple, affordable, and I don't have to wear one of those headsets that go over your head that leaves a huge dent on your game head (not sure if it actually does or not). I also like that I can keep an ear open to be aware of my surroundings when I game. Also, if the earpiece band starts getting uncomfortable on one ear, after wearing it for 12 hours straight, I can just switch it over to my other ear. I've had this earpiece for a few months now and I haven't had any issues with comfort recently. The battery life is amazing and lasts me days of gaming with just one charge. So convenient and I do not regret buying this at all. Would highly recommend.

Works perfectly for wfh if you hate being tied down to the desk. But beware you can only go so far before the connection is lost. But it’s a great buy… battery life last my whole 8hr shift

I had a name brand earpiece in the past and a couple of cheaper ones. As they say, "you get what you pay for", whether you buy cheap or expensive. My name brand one eventually failed after a good run. I bought a couple of cheaper earpieces that didn't last long and didn't have what I wanted. Since I was back on the market with needing a new earpiece, I had a look at everything that was available in every price range. I read a lot of negative reviews to get an idea of what people didn't like or found as a fault with the product. I read a lot of product descriptions to narrow down what I was looking for. And my final choice was this earpiece. The price was right. And while it didn't have everything, it did have most of the things that I wanted. I've been using this earpiece for awhile now and I am very happy with it. Long battery life. Easy to recharge base unit with no need to be always be connected to a power source when you need to recharge the earpiece. There are some features on this earpiece that I haven't used yet, and may never need to use. But those features are something that you may need.

For the price, this product works pretty good. However, for me, I wanted to break it while at work. Here are my points: Pros: Stays on my ear when bending down and *moving under equipment *Lightweight *case with USB C charger and display Cons: *disconnect issues with work iPhone during calls while driving (example: I call someone while driving and the device stops working and the call is defaulted to phone speaker) *call volume is too low despite at "maximum"(any calls I make or take are difficult for me to hear while driving and while in warehouse environment* *buttons are difficult to press and can be uncomfortable (the call end button is stiff and I feel like I push the device too far onto my ear canal I still like this bluetooth and it's nice to have. I do want to go back to the Voyager Legend I had though.
