Ok! The thing everyone wants to know is whether this will copy your electronic key access card or plastic apartment building fob. YES IT WILL. The device looks premium because it is a premium-priced product. I wasn't sure at the 3.8 star review at the time of purchase. So why did I spend $90? Because it came next day. And the good news is, it worked for me TWO times without any issues. However, you need to ensure you're selecting the right type of card to copy to. It comes with three. Two little blue plastic types and a white card type. The good news is they give you a TON of spares so you're unlikely to run out unless you're copying dozens of keys. I am not paid, or sponsored to write this review. Stop funding greedy leasing offices charging $150 for a spare.... this will do 20+ and it works. ... show more

    • So far, not so good
Having problems with just getting started. I will update if I can figure out how to get it working. First, I connected to wifi, and when I try to update it connects to the server and then says query failed. Then I try to install the icopy software, this doesn't work, it only creates a shortcut to a file and folder that doesn't existt. It goes through the install process and then nothing happens. In order to access that file, you have to plug the device into the computer, and then do not select the okay prompt on the device, a usb drive will pop up with the icopy .exe to install. If you select okay, the usb drive will be removed. I did post a question regarding the software install, I don't see a contact seller option in my order yet, but will probably be returning in a week or so if no one can provide me with the proper software at least, not too concerned that I can't update it at the moment. Update: still some issues with the decoding software, but I was able to find a version online, haven't tested the copy feature yet. It seems whatever comes with the device doesn't support windows 10. I was able to install it on an older windows 8 device and that worked. It was in Chinese so used the google app to do the live picture translation and found the language settings to chang it to english ... show more

I love that it works out of the box and can connect to the internet without any problem and connect it to the computer is vary easy it copied my credit card and all the card i have not one didnt get copied
