I have been using Nexxus Keraphix for going on 3 years now. I love everything about it - what it does for my hair, the fragrance, how long it lasts, everything. I used to do relaxer treatments on my hair and those you are only supposed to redo on the growth you have and not the hair you’ve already treated. When Id do the back of my head, I’d do my best to only do the new growth but sometimes would go a little bit too low and retreat the hair that was already treated. It dried out and damaged my hair but this brought it back to life in about 5 washes. Since then, I’ve gone all natural but I still use this when I wash. I make sure not to wear perfume on days I wash since the scent is so strong, it does tend to compete, but since I love fragrance, I don’t mind. Several times I’ve gotten asked what perfume I’m wearing and people are stunned when I tell them that it’s actually my shampoo and conditioner!! If you are sensitive to strong scents, this might not be for you. However, if you don’t mind strong scents, I definitely would recommend to anyone with damaged hair or anyone needing their hair to smell great. My daughter says she loves laying on my pillow after wash days because even my pillow smells great. The only downside is the cost, but usually I find the best things sometimes cost a little bit more so 🤷🏻♀️ When I received my bottles, the pump on the shampoo bottle would not open. I reached out to nexus customer service and they said they would sign me up to receive free product samples periodically and also provided me with a coupon for a free product replacement. Customer service was excellent. Nexxus, please don’t ever change ANYTHING about this shampoo and conditioner! I will be a customer for life! ... show more

After breast cancer, my hair came back very, very brittle. I've tried SO many products the past year and a half. Even salon recommended products. This is the best I've found so far. 4 stars cuz I love Keraphix shampoo and conditioner. My hair was brittle and dry before starting Keraphix, and after only a few uses, my hair was stronger, it had more weight, it looked shinier, and much healthier too. I bought a set on Amazon a while ago (squeeze bottles) and gave 5 stars. So just know, product is great! The pump bottles, not so great. The conditioner spout is broken and won’t pop up. Both my husband and I tried. The shampoo bottle works fine at least. I specifically got this type of bottle not only for more product, but also b/c I travel a lot, and use little travel shampoo/conditioner bottles, so I wanted to easily refill them. In order to use the shampoo for home & travel, I had to take off the pump, pour the shampoo in my old Keraphix squeeze bottle (home use), and then poured it into the tiny little travel bottle which was a challenge! But… it’s ok cuz worse things in life do happen than this. So 4 stars for product, -1 for pump bottle. ... show more
