Easy to use and kept our soup warm for service. Easy to clean the insert. Nice magnetic sign holder. The only thing that’s weird and wonky is the lid. It has a hinge but doesn’t really latch onto anything so the hinge is not helpful as the lid just sits on top. The manual didn’t help explain the lid either as the photos are small. ... show more
