Original plastic caps on base wear away, I haven't been able to find replacement feet in local hardware stores. Manufacturer finally came thru and are supplying replacements. I wish I had pursued this earlier so that my tile floors and chair bases hadn't been damaged.

I was nervous to buy these, but I am SO glad I did! They are more of a microfiber material than velvet, but that makes them easier to clean (I have a 2yr old and 4yr old). People have commented on how comfortable they are! Very happy with them! I just bought the dining chairs to match 😁
