Initial installation was incredibly easy. These fit a 65" Samsung as if it were made specifically for my television. Pros: -The inclusion of the clips/adhesive was extremely convenient. -The built-in flexible corners are fantastic. It really made bending these lights to fit easy -These are VERY bright. As bright as I'd hoped previous purchases would be. And the brightness is adjustable -The app works well -The remote and included IR receiver actually work. This may seem trivial, but other led lights' remotes are terrible. Cons: -Sometimes these lights don't turn off with the tv. Trying to figure out if this was my fault -These lights, if trying to install on a smaller than 65" tv may be more difficult All in all, I'm really happy with this purchase. Okay, just bought these lights and I love it so much! It was a little weird putting on the back of the TV, but with a little macgyvering we made it work! This really upgraded our TV / music experience and it's just COOL! Tips: Don't plug the USB into the tv, its way too jicky. Try plugging it into an actual outlet or electric source instead. The romote only works if it can find the main piece in the back... And has trouble if something is blocking it (like a TV lol). Soooo, download th app! The app is Happylighting and works great and it's so easy! ... show more

I've been going through different LED strip lights lately, and this is like the 7th or 8th brand I have tried, and out of all the ones I have tried I have never reached one that I could not even get to pair with its own app... UNTIL NOW! This "Happy Lighting" app is a JOKE; these lights come with ZERO documentation, just telling you to download the app (in what appears to be 0.2 pt font size which you need a magnifying glass to even read from their like 2x6 inch "instructions"); there is NO button or feature or menu or anything anywhere to "add device" like EVERY OTHER SMART APP ON THE PLANET HAS. There is no button on the lights to hold down nor does plugging/unplugging them begin the pairing procedure either, NOTHING in the manual or on the box explains how to even get these to pair. Additionally these lights were WAY too big for my 55" TV (the top and bottom strips are longer than the full width of my TV) and the corner cables are ABSURDLY long, like 8 freaking inches! Nobody needs that much to go around a corner! Govee does it with like small low-profile ~2 inch or so of cable that's all you need for a corner! Alternatively don't even include the corner cables if they're going to be that gigantic and bulky! All in all, I couldn't even set these up because their app sucks, their manual sucks, there does not appear to be ANY way to actually PAIR them or ADD them in their own app at all, and the proportions of the strips and corner cables are just absurd even if I could. 0/5 would not buy again avoid this brand at all costs! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The quality of this light strip is absolutely amazing! The 3M adhesive backing is very strong and easy to reposition. I love the fact that the corner connectors are already there for easy installation. I put them in about an hour after I receive them. After returning another set to a different company that I had ordered from which were defective! Also I love the fact that the strip is black because most TVs are black, so the white strip doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb. I have a beach nautical themed living room. And I have a large sea turtle that I wanted lit up on my mirror, So mission accomplished! In the still photo you will see the color I have on the strip is aqua. At some angles because it’s a mirror instead of an opaque wall, you can see the little dots of light, but not a big deal. I am very pleased with this company and the quality of these strips, I highly recommend. If I have to buy another set I will definitely go with them, and I’ve also recommended to my family members and friends. ... show more

The quality of these lights is great. Easy to install and use. The app downloaded and works great. The remote works well too. Nice to have both options if needed. The biggest issue ( and this is my third one) is that the lights will randomly flash or strobe while they are off. I have 2 brand new Sony TVs That have these installed and it’s happening on both TVs. Not sure how to stop it, but it’s kind of annoying. Clearly not supposed to do that. ... show more

Loved these lights. They fit perfectly behind my LG 65" tv. There was extra cord for the corners, so I just looped it in a circle and held it in place with one of the corner holders provided. The tape that's used to hold these to the tv is very sturdy, I don't anticipate any issues with them coming loose. Love the infinite color options and brightness options. They are plenty bright for me. Have them plugged into the USB port on my TV, and they turn on and off automatically with the tv. iPhone app seems pretty good too, lots of options I haven't tried yet - like synching to music. The media could not be loaded. I had bought of these lights to decorate my house. And I've been luck because all of them work great. I had some family members over and they loved them. So, I decided to give them as Christmas gift. This is the first one that is connected through USB port instead of Ac Adapter. I have to say that I prefer the AC Adapter option instead because it gives more option of places to install the lights and it is more versatile than USB, in my option. But these are very responsive. At first a thought that they were not responding for the music option. But it was actually my fought as I did not click for the "music sinc" button. I just wished the letters on the manual were a little bigger as I could not read them well. So I had to figure things out on my own. But overall it is a good item. ... show more
