It arrived promptly and was exactly as described. Unfortunately, it was not long enough to work satisfactorily. Equipment and its final placement was cause for return. I would certainly recommend the extension if you sit closer than 4 feet, which we could not adjust. Recommend the dealer for honest and prompt service and courteous return. Got this for controlling my motor from a middle seat in my boat and it works perfect, my boat has 3 seats and is 15' long and if I don't have a third person in the boat I prefer to use the middle seat and this extension handle is great for what I wanted it to do... highly recommend.
