If there is a 210 socket on the motherboard, it means that the motherboard supports the TPM module GC-TPM2.0.After inserting the module, you can upgrade your computer. If the motherboard is a 26 socket, but "TPM" is written on the socket, it means that the supported TPM2.0 module is GC-TPM2.0_S, and does NOT support our product. If the motherboard is a 26 socket, but "SPI-TPM" is written on the socket, it means that the supported TPM2.0 module is GC-TPM2.0 SPI, and does NOT support our product.     • 20 pin TPM 2.0 option for Gigabyte boards - worked well
I used this on a Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Ultra Gaming motherboard and it worked without issue. This mobo required the 20-pin TPM 2.0 chip setup (there are two options 20 pin and 12 pin). I wish Gigabyte would make it clearer on their web site which connector is needed for which mobo, but they don't. Ultimately, I opened the case and counted the pins on the TPM connector to figure out what I needed. Very easy to setup and worked great. BitLocker drive encryption, Secure boot, Windows 11 setup, etc... all worked as expected. ... show more

Wanted to make sure my system could be upgraded to Win 11 if needed, but the board doesn't come standard with a TPM chip. This was half the price of the Gigabyte version, fits the 20 pin socket correctly and was recognized.

Installation is simple, you just plug it into the right socket and you are done. Before I plugged it in MS said I couldn't use the machine with Windows 11. Afterwards it announced it was ready to install Windows 11. Problem solved.

I wanted this T.P.M. module so could get my computer ready for Windows 11. It was easy to plug in and worked as it should. My Motherboard recognised it immediately. I should also give a shout out for the speed y delivery. In this brave new Covid19 world....outstanding!

    • Works with my B450
It was easy to plug in but I had to update my Aorus B450 Pro Wifi's firmware to the newest version so the TPM enable option would show up in the bios. The TPM module showed up and I have not see any issues since installing it.

Perfect TPM2 compatible module for my 20 pin Gigabyte Intel board (Z170). Not gonna complain about the price, it's $40 and it does what I need it to do (yeah yeah yeah, you know, I know, none of us like it, but it worked).

    • Worked perfectly on my Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro Wifi 1.01
Worked perfectly nothing else other than disabled my fTPM in BIOS first then just plugging into the socket. Viewing in both hwinfo and tpm.msc shows the TPM is installed and working properly.
