I bought this remote after discovering that I can only pair a single original Apple Remote with an Apple TV. In my house, we don't like passing a remote around and have always had his/her remotes. After trying a less expensive generic remote I saw this and decided to give it a try. It works PERFECTLY! The only issue is that the "return" and "home" buttons are switched from Apple's, but I guess that had to make it a little different. The original also has Siri and this one doesn't have it, of course. The IR transmitter seems especially strong and I can have the remote pointing in almost any direction and the ATV still picks it up. I am really happy with this purchase.

Very easy to use right from the beginning. I am able to use every single feature that comes with the TV. My original remote got sticky on some of the buttons, I suspect from leaking batteries. Sometimes it is very difficult to get the power on with that remote, other times I can get to set up subtitles or others which require menu. Subtitle, mute, last channel, program info, guide, input for HDMI, audio, everything i need to do if i were to use the original remote. My TV is getting old, but with this replacement remote, I get to enjoy watching again.

This is a very nice remote for the price. I have two Vizio LED TV's ( a SV320XVT, and a E320i-AO smart TV) This $6.00 remote controls both very well. The factory remote for the SV320XVT (which did not work after the first 6 months) retails for about $45.00. This replacement remote worked right out of the package. No programming was necessary. I did have to experiment with the buttons on the control to get into the TV set-up menu, but that was not a major problem, a few minutes at best. (the only reason for a 4 star) Volume, input, off/on all worked perfectly. I am very happy with it and it is a great value.

Don't sell a remote that requires batteries without providing at the very minimum, the cheapest batteries on the planet that last only a day. I don't care if the batteries only last a day, it at least affords me the time to run out and get the batteries the next day as I am out and about versus now having to run out to the store and just to buy them.
