This product is amazing.I bought it for my Dad who still has a landline. Even after adding his number to the national do no call registry AND the Florida do not call registry, he was getting up to 30 robo/spam calls daily. Immediately after installing this, the phone calls stopped. I added about 15 numbers to the phone book - that took a bit of time. And I'll keep checking the missed call list to make that some valid calls were not blocked. But this is worth every penny. I bought the CPR V5000 first but had to return it because it didn't work for us. ... show more

Switched from V-tech after many years and very happy I did. AT&T has a much bigger and clearer screen. Easy to dial with big keys and print. So far battery life is pretty good. Clear sound with good volume control. Screen stays relatively bright during charging but is not a problem at bedside.

The AT&T Cordless Phone with Smart Call Blocker is a very attractive, large button, backlit handset with a myriad of convenience features that bring it to the forefront for functionality. We ordered the three headset version to replace a functioning, but older 5 set package that we have been using for over 10 years. The blue tooth connectivity and built in call blocking features are a step forward for our household. Functionally it operates pretty much like our older system but the extra long 6 day standby capacity and excellent range of the headset really make it stand out against the previous system. The voice quality is superb and the Audio Assist button on the headset does improve the voice quality of poor incoming calls. The Bluetooth cellular connectivity is a real convenience which allows you to answer and send a cell phone call from another room. It functions well and the clarity of the cell connection is excellent. A lot of thought went into the design of this system even to the extent of adding a convenient flashlight function to each handset. I am certain this will come in handy. The operating system of the system is generally straight forward and somewhat intuitive. There are plenty of options to set-up the phone book and call blocking functions. It was easy to move the contact list from the connected cell phone which made the initial set-up a breeze. The headsets and base station are very light weight and do not have a very robust feel. The extra large keypad on the handset is easy to operate but the center scroll buttons are difficult to operate with large hands. The Call Block Function seems to operate well and since installation it has blocked a great number of robocalls and we haven't as yet received complaints from callers as to the answering service. One issue we have is that , at this time, it appears as though this system is limited to three headsets. I have not found additional handsets available for purchase and I have deducted one star for that reason. We like the convenience of 5 headsets. Overall, I recommend this purchase due to all the extra features available on this system. ... show more

Update: Due to my initial issues with this phone (three that have been found so far), I contacted AT&T for support. They said they would send me a replacement phone BUT THEY NO LONGER HAVE THIS PHONE MODEL BUT THEY CAN SEND ME THE BL102-3 instead as the replacement. Using today's Amazon prices, the replacement phone cost ~$20 less... returning it to Amazon seems to be the best option. Original post: I received this yesterday and I fully charged the batteries with the supplied chargers yesterday. Today the batteries are fully discharged in all 3 handsets! The info in this ad says "6 day standby". I assumed that meant the handsets could be off thr charger bases for 6 days AND not less than 24 hours! This makes this phone useless to us. I'm certainly not buying new rechargeable batteries for this. ... show more

This is a very nice phone, many features that are useful & easy to use. No one bothered to tell me that to be able to use a Bluetooth headset you have to use a cell phone. Using a Bluetooth headset was the ONLY reason I was buying a new phone. I asked an Amazon rep if this was compatible with a Bluetooth headset, YES! It's not unless you go through a cell phone. He should have told me that. In researching Amazon couldn't help & sent me to AT&T. Their rep, after holding for a l-o-n-g time while he looked for an answer told me I would have to go to an AT&T store. I told him I was over 100 miles from one he said that's all he could offer.
