  • Great purchase!

  • Excellent Handset
Size: Accessory Handset
I bought the base unit for this phone set at a local store and needed more handsets around the house. The phone system is a top performer, very clear sound and a long reception range. Handsets are easy to register with the base unit. All handsets can display incoming call numbers and can access missed calls and phone messages from the base unit. Messages accessed will play on speakerphone on the handset, and they play very clearly. The main display on the handset is crystal clear with a whitish background and black lettering when in use. And its a big plus that the display font is large and easy to read - even from a nearby chair. Conversation clarity when speaking with someone on the handset can be adjusted from the handset, as well as the volume level. The dial out buttons on the handset light up when you use the phone, which is nice to have at night in unlit rooms. All in all, a very good purchase. If you need lots of handsets, I recommend shopping around a bit. This particular phone can be purchased as a package with a base unit and a few handsets (or multiple handsets) and it appears to cost less to buy the bigger package rather than go back and buy handsets individually. Amazon's price was better than most if you are just buying the handsets. ... show more

  • Not a good phone for me.
Size: 3 Handsets
I got this phone because I liked the reviews saying it was easy to set up. That was my only concern. But I’m visually impaired & the printing on the dials are so tiny I can hardly read them so it’s difficult for me to operate the phone. I’m not returning the phone I just don’t want the hassle of setting up another one. At least I can answer it. It does have good sound. The setup is easy. It has a number of optional instructions to operate. If you do consider it appears to be a well built phone. I only gave 3 stars because it didn’t meet my standards to operate being visually impaired. But it does look like a good quality product! ... show more

  • Very happy with these link to cell phones...........
Size: 3 Handsets
I am very happy with these phones. The phones connect very well to my iPhone 16. I previously purchased a Panasonic link2cell and it kept disconnecting from my iPhone and I had to return it. These phones also have very good volume and features.

  • Pale gray ink on instructions hard to read!!
Size: 2 Handsets
As we’re seniors with vision problems, it would be nice if the installation info was written in dark ink instead of light gray on white. Our grandson had trouble reading them with perfect vision! If you have dark ink larger print info on use of the phone it would be much appreciated.

  • Love the call blocking
Size: 3 Handsets
I live the call blocking, it blocked about 40 phone spam calls and day with only a couple of instances where it blocked people we knew (but not important enough to put in the phone book. A week after buying, one of them would not answer calls, then one of the bases would not charge the phones. I ordered some Panasonic to replace then but 4 hours later I switched back because the Panasonic call blocking sucks. Then all of the issues I was having with the phones went away. I can'explain ... show more

  • Another design that saves the company a dollar to deliberately get negative reviews
Size: 3 Handsets
Another design that saves the company a dollar to deliberately (cannot be unintentional) get negative reviews. Designed to integrate with a cell phone but lacks a touch screen. Very confusing when a prompt appears on the screen but you have to press a physical button (not useful in a darkened room). Put a touch screen on and charge $100 and you can avoid more negative reviews. I would give it one star but I suspect that one star ratings are typically ignored. This is reviewing the AT&t Bluetooth model home phone with a base and two extra handsets. The speaker button is too close to the multi-toggle button and both are too small for American hands. The base of the remote handsets is too small. It should be wider and heavier to offset the weight of the tall hand set. This is a basic geometry problem. Then they saved another $0.10 by putting rubber pads only on the front two bottom corners of the base instead of all four corners which makes it slippery on polished furniture. The base probably needs to be about 3 inches square and needs to weigh about 8 oz. I am going to glue, or nail, or bolt the remote bases to a board or piece of rubber to make the base larger and heavier. I am not sure how products get designed this way without being tested by users. I suspect there are a bunch of design engineers who design products on a computer (or are designed by AI) and are never tested by humans as a prototype before production runs begin. Poor product design is a common problem and I am getting tired of this craap. The Bluetooth pairing was relatively straightforward. However it does not have a normal button to put the base station into pairing mode as most devices have this is a little odd since this has been a standard convention for at least 15 years. Since a standard convention is not followed, The user has to read the instructions to pair the base to a cell phone. The phones are designed for older people as they do have larger keys and a large display. However, the instructions are written in small print with gray ink instead of black ink making them difficult to read even in good light. I am 64 and have very good vision. Use black ink and slightly larger fonts people. ... show more
