Edited: I was using the wrong cord to charge it… it still works and I love it! I just loved this! It cleaned and minimized my pores! Then it died. I wonder if I should have changed the filter? I am now hunting for one that might have a longer life

I’ve tried it with a dry face. And it sucks really good. But the black heads don’t really come out. I would recommend trying to heat up ur face squish them out a bit then use it. Should be able to vacuum out

This thing looks nice, but doesn't work. Tried to use it on a blackhead and it wasn't working, so I partially squeezed the blackhead out to see if it could get it the rest of the way and it couldn't even do that. Had it on the highest setting after a hot shower to open pores, so this one is getting returned.

The media could not be loaded. What I liked: It’s super easy to use Looks nice Comes with extra parts, tools, and heads Isn’t horribly loud Works as it says it will (pretty much) What I didn’t like: I got a bruise. This isn’t the machine’s fault, but it happens SO easily and it didn’t feel any different than using it correctly. If I use it again, I will only use it in tougher areas like the tip of my nose and middle of my forehead After steaming my face and doing many passes with the vacuum, my texture WAS improved and it looked slightly visibly better than before. BUT there was still plenty of sebum left that came out as soon as I squeezed. It got maybe 60% of the undesirable gunk out. So it’s “meh” at best. I will try to again in a week and see what I think.
