I'm going to start with first with what I do not like about this package deal, and first of all is that the screen protector. There's something about it that often one has to make contact several times in order for the desired key to work. However, it does not seem to affect negatively when using swipe. The second issue is with the keyboard. When placing the tablet in the support slot there are two issues. First issue is that the keyboard stands completely vertical, better if it was titled back slightly. The second issue shows why the first issue. Be careful, the keyboard with the tablet in place tips over backwards easily. Third issue is the dongle for the mouse to the tablet. They should've make the dongle with a "c" connector instead of a usb which now there are two items sticking out of the bottom of the tablet instead of a low profile single bluetooth connector. Clunky and could be damaged easily if not careful. Fourth problem is the battery. Not quick at charging and battery seems to drain surprisingly quick when not in use. I had the tablet sitting idle, no open programs and the battery went from 46% to 35% in about 6 hours time. Have no idea why. These four factors are of a poor design and should reconsider for an update. Okay, now that my gripes are out of the way... I took a chance on purchasing for such a low price for such outstanding specs. I've only had this G9-US tablet for a few days and "IT DOES NOT DISAPPOINT." It is snappy, picture is really good and the camera is far better then I expected. Please know that I haven't really had a chance to get deep into it yet, but so far "I AM REALLY LIKING THIS TABLET." I love the tablet's search option, I can find anything about the tablet instantly, yes it is that quick. Again, this tablet is snappy and responds quickly. Not sure about the ram, it says it has 8gig with 8 in reserve. But just the unit sitting idle is using 5.8 gigs. I don't know how yet to extend to the other 8 gigs it says it has available into the storage. If anyone figures it out please let me know. I'm not a big fan of google and it is loaded with google control apps that most either cannot be turned off or deleted. Some of the google apps have full access and cannot be undone. However, I am happy to say that there is actually "NO BLOATWARE!" No preloaded games or financing apps or any of that sort. That is a big plus for me. The wifi works great, very quick to sync and so is the bluetooth. They both function "quite well" for such an inexpensive tablet. Easy to connect without effort! The sound, wow, it is quite loud and it even has a sound booster. The sound is clear, but sounds like what one would expect from a tablet. Nothing great, but I have not found a table yet that does sound worthy. The tablet to my surprise is heavy compared to what I have been using but then it also the G9 way out performs my other tablet as well. The keyboard and mouse both respond quickly, no lag what-so-ever. The keyboard is on the cheaper side, has a tall profile, keys are noisy and over all clunky. But then for a package deal with the amazing specs this tablet has is an exceptional deal. All the goodness is in the tablet, but isn't that what you would want anyways? The mouse is comfortable and works great. However, I haven't yet found any use or response from the right click. The protector case is really nice, thin but quite adequate. Again, this is a bundle for a very low low price compared to the other tablets I viewed. Over all, lack of bloatware, great screen colors, loud speaker sound, quick response time, keyboard, mouse, case and (2) screen protectors is inline from me for 5 STARS. I don't how long this tablet will function before issues, but for now I am very fond of my purchase. I do highly recommend this G9 tablet bundle, it is everything so far they say it is. And I spent more than one day reviewing online, reading reviews on other tablets before choosing the G9 and I am "more then pleased" in my purchased. The seller has been stellar in helping me with connecting the keyboard, it's newer then the one in the ad, so connection is not yet in their manual. Which by the way, yes this tablet comes with a printed manual on the tablet operations. It is very handy and easy to follow, another great part of bundle. I give 5 STARS to the seller and the tablet. It is actually a far better operating tablet then I expected..."true story."

I purchased this tablet to replace an old Samsung Galaxy Tab 8" that cannot get updates or run current apps. Really like the size and quality of the screen. So much faster than the Tab and with the 4 built-in speakers, sound is quite good. The included Cover, keyboard and mouse were easy to setup and use as well. Watching movies is like having a portable big screen tv in you hands. Battery seems to last a long time and charges up relatively fast too! I've had absolutely no issues with this tablet.

The tablet is hood has great speakers. Battery last a long time. Downside it only has one plug in for power and data. It also is hard to install the sd card. Keeps saying do you want to setup even after setup.

This is a great tablet. It had a screen defect when I first purchased but customer service was great and immediately sent out a new one and it works amazing! It's a great tablet for the price, plays games and does what I need and the keyboard is very helpful to do office work faster!

Bought this for use at our console gaming station for quick internet look-up access. Battery lasts for days while leaving the internet running on it all day and night via wifi. It's the perfect couch tool for picture viewing, internet searches, book reading and video watching. The added keyboard was a huge plus as well. Very happy with our purchase.

I bought this tablet for my grandson to do homework and play games. He likes this tablet much better than my own iPad Air fifth generation or the latest Samsung tablet. He says that the touchscreen is very responsive and there is no glitching when he plays games. I can testify that the sound from this tablet is very loud and clear as I keep asking him to turn down the volume. It was tricky to get the keyboard to pair with the tablet. Once I turned the tablet Bluetooth off and then back on I was able to see the keyboard easily. With the addition of a micro SD card I was able to also put on all his MP4 movies. He says that he no longer dies in his games due to lagging and glitching.

Delivered Feb. 25th, battery died on March 24th, and Amazon won't help. Support AI is useless. The vendor has offered to replace the failed unit at no charge. Device was great before it quit charging. Large bright HD display, and excellent performance.
