I grew up on Windows and was happy but this Windows 10 is not functional on this HP. God bless HP support for walking thru over 8+ hrs of support but at the end of the day, the computer just doesn’t function any better than rocks in the sand. Just turning it on sometimes leaves you waiting and waiting and waiting. I’ve left HP and Windows and am very happy with Apple. Let’s face it, Apple works straight out of the box, and super fast!! 😊 please don’t waste time even looking at HP, you’ll be happier with a reconditioned MacBook. Remember, over 8 hrs on the phone w/ HP support over 5 days and it still doesn’t work, and now they want me to pay to get them to fix a brand new computer.
