I brought this umbrella with me on my trip to Europe last month (September) and it really saved me from the unforgiving sun in Seville. It’s small but works great for blocking sun. For rain, it’s okay if it’s a slight drizzle but if it gets any heavier, you will be wet. It’s easy to open/close. The hard case is a bit bulky in my purse, I just use it without the case. It comes in a soft sleeve as well so I use that instead. If it gets windy, the umbrella will flip like most umbrellas. The quality is decent, doesn’t feel cheap at all. I think $18 is a pretty good price.

It’s a well priced, midsize, decently well constructed umbrella. Somewhat hard to open and really won’t survive more than a 10-15 mph wind due to construction.

These mini light weight umbrellas are not strong enough for substantial wind in my opinion. But they are great for travel as they take up so little room and give assurance you won't be stuck in a downpour unprotected. This one has a nice "glue fabric" inner layer that makes the umbrella 50+ UVF sun protective. I ordered red, which is more of a deep red, closer to a burgundy color. Handle is small and not easy to hold securely. The case can double as a large eyeglass holder!

Sleek, small, convenient. It was a little difficult to open fully but once it was open it was sturdy and a good size. I recommend this for the person who needs to stow an emergency umbrella away, like I did! This is not a "any storm" kinda umbrella but perfect to throw in a backpack or car "just in case".

This umbrella was perfect for traveling. I recently visited Mexico City that is hot during the day but had some rain for 10 mins in the evening. This umbrella was perfect for blocking the sun while walking the pyramids and good for protection from the rain. It is only a 1 person umbrella. You may be able to share with someone but they would still most likely get wet. It is small and compact for fitting into a backpack, tote, carry on luggage. easy to put back into the case.
