Surprising simple to put together - took less than 20 minutes. For the price, it's not a bad quality. We bought the 32" one and are using it for two small dogs that really just want to lay out in the sun. We stretched it out so one side is against our house for a little bigger space. If you have a dog that tends to push on fences, I'm not sure the stakes that came in this kit would hold up for more than a few minutes. They are also too flimsy to use in areas where there are lots of rocks like next to a gravel walkway or driveway. ... show more

I have a dog with IVDD He's been on strict 24/7 crate restriction for 8 weeks. This product was purchased to insure his safety as I transition him from crate to play pen. I was looking for a playpen for our incoming puppy and saw so many priced over $100. I specifically wanted a taller pen because our puppy is a german shepherd and will grow quite a bit. It also had more sq footage than the other more expensive options I looked at. Loved that this one was only $60 and 40 inches tall. It was supposed to arrive next week and arrived in 3 days so that was an added surprise. Super easy to put together and seems sturdy enough. I only used 6 of the 8 panels and plan to attach the other 2 as needed in the next few weeks. Very happy with this purchase overall! ... show more

    • One major design flaw, but a good playpen

The one major flaw is that the tines are NOT welded to the bottom frame. That means even a 14 lb puppy can bend them apart and get out. They should have been welded to the frame. Also, do NOT use on a hardwood floor as it will get gouged. The poles are great if used outdoors, as you can anchor the playpen. They can't be used indoors (obviously) but are needed to hold the playpen together, meaning the sharp ends will scratch a floor. A big plus is the ease of assembly and the ability to collapse it sideways when you want it out of the way (somewhat). The size is perfect! I just wish the bottom tines were welded to keep the integrity of the playpen. ... show more

Very poor quality. Stakes are to short to put in the ground. Does not hold up in the wind. The wind will bend it making it not usable. I do not recommend.

It’s ok. I like that it’s separate panels so I can customize it, or use just a few panels to block off a room. I used nuts and bolts to attach the panels, the pins are terrible if you want to move the panels. Their hinges are poorly designed and bend easily. They’re not that heavy duty, they’re hallow, cheap metal that sounds cheap when they “bang around”. They should hold up well enough for long term use. It’s nice that the door can be moved to any position, helps when using as a room divider. The price was good too. ... show more
