I got the 36 in cage for my 3 month old puppy (based off the picture because of my dog's breed) I knew it would be big but puppies like children grew really fast. I got this size for when she fully grown. I didn't think she would be so little in it. Good to know I wouldn't be buying another cage anytime soon. I thought this cage came with a divider but I guess when you order used stuff gets left out. It was very easy to put together. It is easy to fold. I don't really recommend having the dog in cage while trying to put the cage in your car or on the back of your truck. It may seem like a hassle but load the cage then load the dog. The only thing I really don't like is she is laying directly on the pan. Most cages usually have the dogs on wires so if the dog pees on the pan they are not laying in it. Which I see in the future with will be a problem especially when I go to work. Likes: even though it is a used cage it was clean and it is build very sturdy. If my puppy gets out this cage I will be very surprised. She was a lot room in this plenty of space for her to grow. Also it was very easy to put together Dislike: there is no divider so I can make it so the cage isn't so big for her. Also I don't like how she is directly on the pan. As a puppy with a lot of space she will use the restroom in the cage and then she will be stuck in her mess. Is it worth the buy: yes and there is nothing wrong with the used product other then the divider not coming with it. If you ok the dog laying on the pan it's fine I will be putting pads in cage since there is room in the cage. Overall I'm happy with my purchase. ... show more

I am very thrilled with these crates. I'm a first time crate owner so I was unsure what to expect but my pups needed their own space now they are bigger. I ordered one just to try it out but unfortunately something happened and I didn't receive it. After a quick conversation with customer service I was able to receive my refund and needed to get two as soon as possible because I would be leaving to spend a few weeks in the Hospital for a major surgery and their dog sitter would be with them. So I tried my luck and ordered two instead of one. I got them both. Very easy assemble and pups love them. The ahve their own bed inside and toys. A good deal and the shorter crate makes for less bulk when packing. Don’t leave in a warm car, my base totally warped and I can’t get the crate open again. I ordered the 30x19x21 size for an outdoor feral cat who is pregnant that an older friend is caring for in his yard. It seems to be big enough for momma and some babies to fit comfortably. I don't understand other people's reviews on the assembly. Maybe the bigger ones assemble different. It took my husband longer to get the shipping box open than it did for us to pull the sides up and pop them onto the hooks. The size I ordered literally just folds open. You pull the back up, pop in place. You flip it and pull the front with the door up, pop in place. It's not rocket science. Any rate, it was a lot heavier weight and heavier gauge wire than I thought it was going to be based on some bad reviews as well. A lot of people said the wire was cheap and thin because their dog destroyed the cage. I'm not one to blame a company's product for an overly rambunctious pet. I have two Pits and I know they can manage at times to bite through things that should very well hold up to normal use. I believe this product will hold up for what it's served purpose is intended. Our main purpose is to give a kitty somewhere enclosed to stay and keep her babies. We'll leave the door open so she can come and go as she pleases. Please always remember to keep an open mind and use common knowledge when reading bad reviews. Some people are just hard to please no matter what while at the same time the product may very well suit another persons needs just fine. ... show more

    • Safe place for senior pug

We have 3 senior small dogs and one very active younger dog. One of our senior pugs is experiencing dog dementia where she is restless around 3:30 am every night for the last several months. She slept with us for years but it was getting very difficult to do that and she has some trouble now controlling potty needs. We put her in diapers at night but we needed a safe place for her to sleep so that we could also get some sleep. This crate has been great for that. We bought the intermediate size which is a great size for the brown and white dog you see in the photo with her, if needed down the road. Our pug will turn in circles at night getting comfortable and this lets her do that without losing her balance and falling over. Assembly was a breeze. The tray is great for any accidents that might occur. We use the side door and it’s easy to get her in and out. She is not rowdy so we don’t worry about the door latches or her having any trouble. She transitioned really well and she sleeps now till 5 am which was her previous wake up time for breakfast and outside time. We are also getting to sleep through the night, though I still check on her once told twice. The crate is next to our bed. It’s hard to not let her be with us at night, but the crate has helped her sleep and has helped us sleep, too. I highly recommend for a senior dog who needs a safe space to rest. I also like that it is large enough to put our 10lb Maltese in there with her, if needed, as he is getting up in age, too (and they are best friends). Truth is, if you need a transition space for a senior dog, who you know is approaching end of life, a crate has given us peace of mind as we go through this process. Crate is a breeze to assemble out of the box....about 2 mins. It's a nice size for my little Chipoo, I actually could have bought the smaller one. It keeps my dog safe, comfortable, and from pissing and pooping on my new carpet at night! I would definitely recommend this crate!!
