I love this new crate! You can see in my pics I went from two old side bt side crates where only one got used to THIS!! It was an 80lb box so be prepared for that- but that also tells you how sturdy it is! I LOVE having a table top for their treats! Extremely happy- bought an XL and my dogs are all large breed (60 lbs) Am so happy with this purchase and as promised it arrived next day! I put it up the same day, well i tried i had no instructions. One of the back screw holes is stripped so i can’t get a screw to go in, and i don’t even want to bother trying to get a replacement because taken it down and trying to return it would be too much of a hassle. it looks good i have a lab/german shepherd mix and she’s highly destructive the bottom crate is more durable than i had imagined. and it’s bigger than an xl travel crate for more room for her. i would give it 5 stars if the instructions came with it and the screw hole wasn’t messed up.. ... show more

Now it did come in many pieces, and you should probably have two people with you to put it together. But all in all. I say, it’s a very good product. My dog went straight to it and felt right at home. I think you will love this product. The box when it arrives is very heavy so be careful.

If you're using the tray on top of the mesh you do not use part #G. My dog is 14" tall at shoulders and can stand in the Medium size crate, however the doors are quite low. She might prefer the large but due to space limitations, we got a medium. The instruction manual needs to be in darker ink, very hard to read. Overall a nice crate. ... show more

I like how this kennel looks and it was easy to build, but the way that the bottom grate is designed is not safe. Even with a dog bed in there, my dog got his ID tag stuck in the bottom grate. I switched him to a harness so his tag is behind his back now instead of hanging from his collar, but I think this should be designed differently. ... show more

The crate was easy to assemble. Leaving the screws a little loose while putting it together helps to get the pilot holes and screws aligned. My dogs seem to like it, and it gives me a place to put my plants.
