Having the need to stand 9+ hours a day on a concrete floor, 60% of it is standing in one spot. These are much better than the others; I've rotated through different brands the past 12 years, 4 days into this pair of insoles... I'm impressed. Standing in one place for 30 minutes is about most I can take before my heels start to feel sore, after I walk around for a quick 2-3 minute walk they start to feel better. They give very good support in walking, but still limited to about 30-40 minutes max of standing still. I'll try the other style of work insoles of this brand and see if it helps. But as for this style; perfect for when you are on the move. My feet and legs aren't as tired by end of day. I wear a size 10.5 and they fit perfect into my boots. ... show more

A little trimming and these inserts fit just right in my firefighting boots. Softer walking and moving and they tight end up the fit just a little which makes a safer boot.

Work in a shop wear composite toe boots. They felt great for the first week or 2 but then the pain came back. Wasn’t as bad as it was but still enough to notice. Working 11 hour days and walking around a lot still had pain. Update due to them reaching out and offering a refund fairly quick and easy. These are great as far as comfort goes and have held up well. I've had them for months at this point. The only issue is the smell. There's an extremely strong chemical smell and after a full day of wearing them my feet smell the same. I can't stand it. I'm putting off total reconstructive foot surgery on both feet, they are really bad. These insoles really help. I have custom insoles I paid $600 for with insurance and buy very expensive shoes. I bought these at the end of September and it is currently mid November. For context, I am an ops supervisor in a 700k sq ft warehouse. All concrete, and I move a LOT. I work weekends, so roughly 13.5 hours for 3 days straight. I am 5’4” and 130lbs woman, in average shape. I put these insoles in my work shoes (a cheap pair of adidas) in the hopes of combating the aches that inevitable come by Monday. I noticed an immediate difference, but after the last weekend, I am sold on these 100%. My ops manager was out on PTO so I ran the shift. In 3 days, I put on almost 23 miles. All on concrete. I personally unloaded a 40’ hand stacked trailer on Monday. We also have an automated system that has stations on a mezzanine, so up and down metal stairs a lot. Into the yard to deal with trailers, etc. almost 50k steps this shift set. And not only were my feet totally fine, my body didn’t hurt at all. They’re not super thick, so my shoes fit about the same. Considering the low cost, there is NO reason to not get these. I even sent the link to my OM and told her she needed to get these. They’re a massive game changer. I am not sponsored or anything. The first few days it feels like something is in your boot. However after you get used to it the insoles drastically reduce foot fatigue after countless hours of working on concrete. I would highly recommend using these if you wear steel toe boots and work on hard surfaces for long hours.
