Super easy to put together right out of the box. I have terrible arthritis throughout my spine and I'm only 54 y/o. I also weigh close to 300lbs. This chair accommodates my size, I just have to leave the left arm rest up since my hips are wide. Easy one touch button makes it easy to fold up. This chair is much lighter than my electric scooter so I'm able to lift it in & out of my SUV without any trouble. I'm looking forward to traveling with it!

this electric wheelchair is high quality. it is not super heavy and i can hold it by myself. The speed is ok, it won't be super fast. The guide is clear and it took me around 30 mins to assemble them. it is also pretty comfortable, I sat for more than 2 hours and didn't feel hurt. overall this is a nice wheelchair and worth the price.

I purchased this product 4/20/26, & it arrived 4/28/26. The Lithium battery charger that came with it, wouldn't charge the chair. But, the charger that was sent about a week before the chair arrived did work. But now, it's just 6/7/26 & the battery nor the joystick on the wheelchair will charge at all. This started about a week ago. I am veryyy disappointed, I'm unable to use this chair as motorized anymore. The return date has expired. For the price I paid for this chair, it's so upsetting I can no longer use it as motorized. Someone has to manually push me in it. I really needed a motorized chair to prevent strain on my family members back from having to push me. At this point, I'm not sure if there's a problem with the chair or if it's just bad chargers. I do know neither charger works anymore.

Bought this electric wheelchair for my dad. At first I wasn't sure how the electromagnetic brake worked—took me a little while to read the manual and figure it out. But once I did, it made total sense. You just put it in D mode and the brake automatically engages when the chair stops. Now when my dad gets in or out, the wheelchair stays completely still. No rolling, no creeping. Makes me feel a lot better knowing he won't have the chair sliding away from under him. Definitely a solid safety feature.
