I recently purchased the Duskeep TikTok Scrolling Ring Remote Control, and I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now. Overall, it’s a nifty little device that adds convenience to my daily routine, especially for scrolling through TikTok and reading eBooks, though it has a few quirks. The setup was a breeze—pairing it with my iPhone via Bluetooth took less than a minute, and the included instructions were clear and straightforward. The ring design is comfortable to wear, not too bulky, and fits nicely on my finger. It’s lightweight and comes with a charging case, which is a big plus for portability. The battery life is impressive; I’ve used it for hours of scrolling and page-turning without needing a recharge. For TikTok, the scrolling function works like a charm. I can scroll up and down, pause, play, and adjust volume without touching my phone, which is perfect when I’m cooking or lounging in bed. It’s a game-changer for hands-free use, especially during long video-watching sessions. The page-turning feature for the Kindle app on my iPad is equally convenient, letting me flip pages with a double-click while keeping my hands cozy under a blanket. This is a lifesaver in colder weather! The camera shutter function is a nice bonus. It works well for taking selfies or group photos from a distance (up to about 30 feet), though it’s limited to the native camera app and doesn’t function directly in TikTok’s camera mode, which was a minor letdown. The buttons are responsive, but I found the volume controls counterintuitive—pressing the “up” button lowers the volume and vice versa, which takes some getting used to. There are a couple of downsides. Occasionally, the scrolling on TikTok would pause unexpectedly, requiring a quick reconnect via Bluetooth to fix. When I first got it, it worked well. I used it normally throughout the day here and there, always indoors. No drops, no damage, no heat or moisture exposure. It worked well enough that my wife saw it and thought it was cool, so she ended up buying the same one for herself. After a short period of normal use, mine stopped working. When it’s plugged in, both the case and the ring show red charging lights, but once I unplug it, there are no lights at all and it won’t turn on anymore. Not long after that, my wife started having similar issues with hers. Hers will sometimes turn on longer than mine, but it no longer connects to her phone or any devices and has become unreliable. Based on two of these in the same household failing under normal use, this does not seem like a one-time issue. I also noticed other reviews mentioning similar problems. When it worked, it worked well, but it doesn’t seem built to last. Because of that, I wouldn’t recommend this product.

my old 3 button scrolling ring stopped working, like it just wouldn’t scroll anymore so i had to look for a new one. this one is hands down a lot better. under the zoom function you can also have a “low light” mode that makes the screen darker for when you are doom scrolling at night and the phone screen is too bright sometimes. highly recommend this ring over any other i have tried

This little ring is the ultimate gadget I didn’t know I needed. I can scroll TikTok, double-tap to like, and even snap selfies without touching my phone. My inner couch potato is thriving. The setup was ridiculously easy, just connected via Bluetooth in seconds and it hasn’t lagged once. The ring fits comfortably and doesn’t feel bulky. Battery life? I’ve been using it daily for over a week and haven’t had to charge it yet. The little charging case is also sleek and compact…aesthetic vibes. EDIT: It has been a month since I got this ring. It is thoroughly dead and no longer holds a charge. Original review: Not what I was hoping for. I was looking for a ring that would help me scroll web pages and long-form documents, as I'm terminally on my phone, reading. The ring works well for flinging gestures (TikTok, YouTube, Kindle), but the slow scroll is QUITE slow, so instead of resting my wrists, I'm clenching my ring for ten minutes, watching the page crawl by. And if you accidentally click instead of hold, you can kiss your place goodbye because the ring will hurl you at least five screens down. As far as I can see, there's no way to remap or customize how far the down-tap sends you. If there was, I think this would be a 5-star item. Now, it is a *TikTok* ring and I imagine it works great for the platform, but if I can find a better fit for my needs and tendinitis, I'll be returning this item.
