This bread slicer works okay. Using it correctly, the slices were too thick for sandwich bread. I ended up not using the end piece and just adjusting the width of the slices myself.

Good product overall, great size, adjustable, and washable. It is a little more flimsy than I'd like it to be, but I like the "crumb catcher" that is built in.

I really love this. One of the problems that I had when making my bread is slicing it straight. Not with this. I do suggest not to slice it like in the photo. Hold the bread so it pushes against the back wall. Then slice nearest to the wall so that the knife is away from your hand. This is easy to assemble and easy to use. I consider it a great purchase. Worth every penny. Cleans easily in the top of the dishwasher. Easy to store in the cupboard by disassembling it. ... show more
