There's a reason the people in the photo on the box are sleeping on their sides. If you're a side sleeper, I'd recommend this. The flat speakers are easy to sleep on. If you sleep on your back, you'll find the control unit is like a flat rock under your neck. It's flexible in the middle, so it's not terrible, but it's not comfortable either. I just pulled the control unit out and stuck it in side of the band against my head. It was fine there. I also tried reversing the band so the control unit is in the front, although it put the speakers a bit in forward of my ears. I just turned the volume up a bit. It sounded fine, and I hardly noticed the control unit in the front, over my eyes. The sound is pretty good (like most Bluetooth speakers, with everything turned down it's still slightly louder than I'd like it to be to sleep, but that's easily fixed by moving the speakers, which are loose in the band, a little away from your ears). It paired instantly with my iPod Touch. An auto-off after 2 or 3 hours might save battery life, but when I wake up I just turn it off. The controls are easy to feel when the control unit is inside the band. So far, it's worked fine. We'll see how long it lasts.... ... show more

I bought this product with high hopes after reading the reviews. Unfortunately, not a single expectation was met. The sound quality was bad. Just plain bad. Everything sounded extremely tinny and the volume was unbearably low. These things are all mid. Highs are barely there, and there is absolutely no low end whatsoever. Kick drums felt like a foggy memory of that one time someone described a kick drum to you. If any sort of bass is flavor, these babies are the LaCroix of sound. There's just nothing there. The design of the headband also left much to be desired. The controls are on the battery pack which uses micro USB to charge. In 2023. When we have USB C on everything. Unfortunately, the SAME USB port is used to power the speakers, meaning you have to totally disconnect and remove the module in order to charge it. That's just bad design. The headband itself wasn't even satisfactory. Due to the shape, I found it constantly slipping off my forehead and over my eyebrows, which meant it was just seconds from becoming an eyemask instead of a headband. If I wanted an eyemask, I would have bought one of those style headphones insetad. Overall this $100 product was a disappointment and was utterly shamed by a $20 replacement that I purchased from a different store. Save your money, get the cheap competitor; they're 80% cheaper than these and 800% better. ... show more

I'm so happy with this purchase. I almost didn't buy these sleep headphones because some reviews said they were uncomfortable or had a glichy Bluetooth connection. But I decided to take a chance and get them for myself as a Christmas present. I'm so glad I did. I'm a side sleeper and I find them perfectly comfortable. They've always immediately connected to my phone. Impressive battery life too. As someone who struggles with insomnia, these are great for falling asleep to an audio book or podcast without bothering my partner with the noise. The sound quality is good. But it doesn’t noise cancel. Sleeping with it, can pinch your ears, giving you an ear ache in the morning. Slides off while sleeping. Have to move the headphones inside the band to get to ears. Battery life is great, sound is awesome, easy to use, easy to charge. I use for binary beats while sleeping ... show more

I could not live without this! My husband snores SO loud and I used to wear earbuds which hurt my ears because I'm a side sleeper. These are the best thibg ever....I put on my sleep sounds and fall asleep instantly and stay asleep throughout the night 😴

    • Cumbersome and Uncomfortable
I wanted to like these so bad. Eyed them for an entire year. Finally decided to treat myself and get these. Followed the how to and measured my head to be absolutely sure I got the right ones. Packaging came with everything and instructions on how to. First night was ok but didn’t live up to my expectations. Wanted to return them but my BF said β€œJust keep them! You wanted them so bad, they will grow on you!” He know gets an unpleasant symphony every night as I am fumbling with the charger that keeps falling out of the headphones, hears me gripe about them being itchy, complain about how there is no way to know what the charge is at, and curses the day i bought these dang things as I have to adjust and readjust, flip them over then try inside out, turn them around, and readjust again only to go through the same song and dance 5 mins later. He swears I am fighting off a bobcat every night as we try to fall asleep. I want my relationship back. ... show more

The product works well and functions as it supposed for about two or three month. After that period the sound quality and battery life is greatly diminished. Also the earpiece wobbles out of place as the elastic band wears down.

My husband has an earlier model that he just has to place on a charging stand every morning and he is good to go every evening. My new one has to be taken apart and unplugged and then plugged into a charger. Then it has to get reconnected to my bluetooth every evening. I would have preferred an older model. this is sure NOT an improvement. ... show more
