As a quick replacement for the one the dog, Sharky chewed up. It's works great! Literally put batteries in it and point and click and it was as if Sharky never did anything to the remote. -$ which wasn't to bad.

Our kids keep losing the remote or maybe they are eating them. We bought 5 as replacements and are down to 1 again so had to buy 5 more. They work fine but not as well as the remote that came with the tv. You have to make sure that it’s pointed right at the sensor part. The original remote you could be anywhere and pause the tv. This one we have to lift our arm (it’s on top of our fireplace mantle) and eventually it will catch the sensor to pause, change volume, fast forward, ect. Better than not having a remote at all and I figure that will be how it is with any remotes.

This item lists all of these models that it’s “compatible” with and does NOT work. Performance is awful. Item is supposedly “plug and play” but I’ve plugged with no play. I don’t even leave reviews really but I had to make sure this got one. I’ve changed the batteries 3 times to maybe see if that was the problem but still no. Item is FAULTY. If I could rate this 0/5 I would. It’s frustrating.

This works as good as the original if not better. That is until my kids destroy or lose this one too. Pro tip if you're getting this one because you lost the last one you'll end up finding this one the day the new one comes in. Buy it anyways because you'll be glad you have 2 when you inevitably lose it again.
