The seller was very prompt and courteous to send me a replacement unit when I informed them that the first one was defective and not saving any configuration settings. This product is amazingly easy to get going. Just have to know how to find the IP address though, but plenty of videos online how to do that. Just be aware that you will still need a fan that fits the mounts on top of the box if you want it to run optimal with room temps and higher. Its has little fans in it that do pretty well out of the box, I just think its worth the investment to get a fan with speed controller. I recommend a 120v Plug in type so you dont take power from the power supply. The seller even worked with me and I got the product faster than expected.
