I have tried many different Berberines and some give me tummy troubles or constipation. This one is great! Zero side effects at al and it’s a high dosel. Glad I tried it.

The supplement seems good. It is a reputable company. A glass jar. The pills are a little big, but nothing crazy. I personally have had no problems with swallowing them. Directions are to take two a day, and I like that it isn't a ton of pills which if they did make the pills smaller you would have to take more of them. I have had no problems or side effects at all with this. No upset stomach or anything. I think the supplement is probably good. But I also have never taken Berberine before and I have noticed no benefit at all from it. No change in my blood sugar, weight, waist size, sugar cravings, etc. I have taken two a day, one at breakfast and one at dinner, for several weeks now. It probably takes months and not weeks to see the improvement, but I am a little disappointed after taking it faithfully for several weeks that nothing improved.

I had written a nice, researched review of Berberine and what people have been using it for--for over 2000 years now--and what science has told us it does. Unfortunately my review was censored, apparently because Amazon thought it made health claims. I can tell you that I take Berberine and I have seen some health benefits. However, the reader will need to use Google to learn about this wonderful supplement for themselves. Lesson learned. In any case, I recommend this product.
