***Review Change*** I have to warn my fellow XMaxx RC People. This item was seemingly good for an average of 3-4 runs with my XMaxx. Throttle is very responsive and delivers power like it was intended to do. However, the shaft keeps failing. This same thing happened with the GPM CUSH Drive Eliminator. GPM has warranted the item but it is a little frustrating. ShareGoo tells you to resolve it through an Amazon return/refund. If someone made it with a proper grade hardened steel then I would prefer this over the Traxxas XMaxx Cush drive system. I may contact M2C or another copto see if they can make a proper part. It definitely delivers direct power while it’s working better than the OEM Part. Original Review I have been using GPM Cush Drive Eliminator until the shaft literally broke in half. That particular one had about 7 battery packs through it so it was very unexpected to break. GPM will likely warranty it but I have to wait likely weeks before it’s replaced. I was desperate to not have my XMaxx down too long so I ordered another GPM and while waiting for that I found this ShareGoo one. It has held up to 2 full runs thus far in my truck and so far so good, it’s solid. The only issue is that I opted to use a nyloc nut because the serrated one they provide is not going to hold in my opinion. The customer service has been very responsive to my questions. The shaft is a hardened steel and the other component is aluminum. I don’t think it says it in the description but it should be noted. What is this?? Its not for cush drive its not a slipper clutch and no instructions i cant even figure out how this thing goes together
