Funny Story: I lost my original one I purchased and was DEVASTATED. I mean honestly, mourned it because I knew somebody else had it...and I know its working great!! I retraced my steps back to the store I visited... and nothing. Lost in on the sidewalk and the store owner found it and before she could keep it safe, somebody claimed it right there on the sidewalk. This Bluetooth headset is great! It connected well to my phone and my work laptop, so I'm able to listen to my pod cast on my phone while I work and answer calls from my laptop simultaneously. I appreciate that it comes with Mutiple earpieces and buds for ear shape and preference. THE DISTANCE/ RANGE: Very Impressive- I can leave my desk, walk down the hall and to another section of the office and it still has crystal clear audio (through walls and all). THE BATTERY LIFE: At least 24 hours of a charge. I had my last headset for 3 months and only charged it 4 times. THE SOUND QUALITY: My clients have told me they can't hear background noise at all. Even when the office is hectic. The bass and pitch for audio is perfect, honestly. I'm no expert on audio but I've had a butt-ton of crappy headphones and headsets. This one is probably in my top 3 favorites. I may buy a couple more to give as gifts for my coworkers since we use an internal app for phone calls. The reason for the 4-star rating is simply esthetics, the earphone is just a smidge too big and clumsy for little me. But because of the battery life, I'll take that any day. I travel via motorhome a lot. I listen to audiobooks during these travels. I've never gotten negative feedback about the quality of phone conversations and this earphone allows me to listen ALL DAY LONG and still make/receive phone calls on one charge. I've taken my own advice - when you find something you like, go ahead and get the replacement now, while that item's still available. I just purchased three - 3 - replacements because I don't intend to stop travelling so I'll need one of these replacements for when my current earphone finally bites the dust - and they do eventually but so far I've always gotten my money's worth out of them first. This headset isn't perfect, but I was more then once surprised by some of the features this has. One thing that I really do enjoy is it automatically sleeps if you leave it on, saving your battery and sometimes my life when I forget, which is constantly. Other then that I with the ear ring was a little bigger as it can come lose at times even when I'm not running or doing some high action activity. But you will be hard pressed to find something more reliable for the price. ... show more

It's easy to set up and use if I have it on I would rather it ring in my ear not thru the phone even if I turn off the sound it still comes thru the phone. Sometimes it sounds like it is coming thru a tunnel not clear then I have to adjust it.

I have been using Bluetooth Earpieces for quite some time. But..........this one is SO great! I had my old one in my ear and my daughter mentioned my voice was "breaking up". Coincidentally, I had my New Bee Bluetooth Earpiece charged up and close by. So, I switched and my daughter said, "WOW!! That is a really great Bluetooth you are using now!"     • AMAZING Battery LIFE!

Battery: Amazing battery life. I listen to audiobooks while working. I can listen to a book for two days straight 8-10 hours each day and not have to charge this earpiece. I charge it maybe once a week. Comfort: I have super small ear cannels, I had to modify the rubber pieces to fit comfortably in my ears. (I snipped off the little rubber loops that are supposed to stabilize the earpiece inside your ear. They were too large and caused the earpiece to fall out, so I got rid of them. I can wear this all day long and have no discomfort at all, since I've modified it. Sound: Sound quality is okay. It's not the best but certainly not the worst. It doesn't cancel out much noise but this is mainly do to the fact one ear has an earpiece in it and the other does not. Mic: People tell me they can hear me really well when I'm using this device to speak on the phone. The mic seems to pick up my voice well but cancel out most wind noise. I haven't had this earpiece for long, but so far I'm very impressed with it and happy, especially considering I paid less than $20 for it. IF it's on sale, give it a try, it cost the price of a couple of cups of expensive coffee. ... show more
