Excellent condition!
Style: 8GB RAM - 512GB SSD
Color: Space Gray
So far it is working great! It came sooner than expected and it is in excellent condition as advertised! We did find that this OS version would not allow us to load Chrome because it is an older version, but we were able to use Firefox and that works for all our needs so far. There are no USB ports if that is important to you. It’s only been a few days, but so far I am happy with it!

Proceed with caution

Purchased device.. after a couple of months and very, very minimal use, it completely stopped working out of nowhere. Asked seller to replace to which I was denied. I then immediately asked if I could PAY the seller to REPAIR my RECENTLY PURCHASED, BARELY USED PRODUCT and was still denied. Took it to two computer repair shops; was told the logic board was bad. Another example of something being too good of a deal to be true. Just when I got comfortable with my purchase of a “certified” used product, it stops working and isn’t even able to be fixed without it costing MORE THAN THE COMPUTER ITSELF IS WORTH IF I BOUGHT IT BRAND NEW. Don’t waste your time or money unless you’ve got it to waste on a fine-one-day-dead-the-next device. 1/5 stars for product. 0/5 stars for the seller & their unwillingness to find a solution for a reasonable customer. The end.

A Refurbished Product That Missed the Mark
Style: 8GB RAM - 512GB SSD
Color: Space Gray
I purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro with the expectation that it would reflect the “excellent condition” promised. While the laptop itself functions as expected, the overall presentation and included components fell significantly short of acceptable standards. First, the device arrived dirty, with flecks of dirt scattered across the surface. I had to clean it myself — not exactly the first impression one hopes for when investing in a high-priced piece of technology, even if it is refurbished. It’s baffling that basic cleaning wasn’t part of the refurbishment process. Then, we come to the charger. The charger is not just faulty; it’s completely unusable. The wire appears damaged, almost as though it has been exposed to extreme heat, and it simply doesn’t charge the device. For a product marketed as refurbished to “like-new” standards, this is inexcusable. I don’t have another charger for this model, leaving me with a functioning laptop that I cannot use. Refurbished doesn’t mean “secondhand chaos.” It means a device restored to proper working condition with care and attention to detail. The dirt, the broken charger, and the lack of quality control indicate otherwise. This isn’t just disappointing — it’s a failure to meet even the minimum expectations for a product of this caliber. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure other customers don’t have a similar experience.

Battery Died After Less Than 1 year
Style: 8GB RAM - 512GB SSD
Color: Space Gray
I bought this mac about 8 months ago and the battery crashed out on it. I was researching why this would happen and discovered it is most likely that the seller installed a cheap, aftermarket low quality battery. The mac will not even turn on for more than a few seconds. And if this happens to you after buying it there are little options available. Amazon customer service just directs you to Apple support, or their AI chatbot. I recommend not buying these refurbished products from Amazon.
