We purchased the 2020 MacBook Air for my son to use for school, and it has honestly been fantastic. He uses it daily for assignments, research, online classes, and general schoolwork, and absolutely loves it. It’s lightweight, fast, reliable, and the battery life is excellent, which is perfect for a student carrying it around all day. Everything runs smoothly, and it starts up almost instantly. The screen quality is beautiful, and the keyboard feels comfortable for long periods of typing. As a parent, I also appreciate how dependable it has been. It feels very high quality and has held up wonderfully with everyday use. Definitely worth the investment for school and everyday use.

This thing is amazing! Came with 98% battery health and little to no screen damage. A few dings and scuff on the outside but all in all happy with what I got. This Mac still has the speed and power most people need at an affordable price.

I needed the laptop for a training I was attending. I was so excited to receive it, however immediately upon starting to set up the laptop I could tell the keyboard was malfunctioning. It would not type the numbers, plus it would add additional letters to words I was trying to type. I spent hours on the phone with Apple and they determined it was a hardware issue. When I called Amazon to ask for a replacement, they said they could not replace it. This left me stranded now without a computer for the training. I also have to take Monday off to be able to literally hand it over to UPS. I tried to call the seller but they make it so you cannot talk to anyone in person, you have have to email them but they speak so fast that it is hard to hear what the email address is. The long and short of it is this is the worst experience I have ever had with Amazon. I was so excited, too because all the reviews seemed great but it has SO NOT been my experience at all.

Got this laptop last year as a high school senior and now I'm heading to college as a freshman. This laptop is amazing It came in great condition, especially with 95% battery health which is great for a refurbished device. First off if you're wondering whether this laptop is still good after all these years then it is. It has been able to handle anything I throw at it I usually have over 20 tabs open as a student and this laptop has been able to open multiple windows with many browsers. Next, the laptop has a great battery life which is easily able to last all day, especially after using it extensively. The keyboard also lights up which is great for typing in the dark and the screen is bright and colorful and high definition and the laptop is definitely usable in direct sunlight. Last the speakers and full and loud which is great. My only inquiry about this laptop is the fact that it isn't touch screen. To summarize this laptop is great in almost every aspect and its probably the best Macbook for its price the only problems are the facts that it can't run many games,m it isn't touch screen and for stem students, this laptop cant run a lot of stem applications but for everyone else this laptop is great.

I purchased this MacBook in July 2024 for college and work purposes, and since then I have enjoyed my use while running into a few errors. The display, function, appearance, and quality of the MacBook were overall wonderful, while the price was not. It cost well over $600 during the time of purchase, while being less than $500 a year later. The device does not overheat, and runs basic office functions and games like Sims 4 or Cities Skylines very well with quick response. The laptop, however, is not very durable in that the trackpad stopped responding and the left arrow key slipped off and into the crevice between the screen and the keyboard. I had not noticed it was stuck since it is the same color, and when closing the bottom of the screen had cracked. This was outside the return window, and it did not cause much problem until July 2025, when closing the MacBook is now enough for the screen to display bright vertical lines that do not go away. I am heartbroken at having to pay for another laptop, but I doubt this one will last much longer given that the lines flicker even when closing the device. It was a good laptop while it lasted.
