Came with minor (almost indistinguishable) scratches on the outside. No screen issues or any others for that matter. Battery health at 94% when first unboxed. Charged fully and used for 8 hours consecutively so far, has shown great battery life. Will update this review if anything changes but so far, I am beyond satisfied!!! Bought in good condition rather than excellent and my expectations have been surpassed.

I only got this computer yesterday. but so far it has been a wonderful computer. very clean, good specs, good battery. They even sent it next day shipping. So far, this is like a brand new lap top and I love it.

I needed the laptop for a training I was attending. I was so excited to receive it, however immediately upon starting to set up the laptop I could tell the keyboard was malfunctioning. It would not type the numbers, plus it would add additional letters to words I was trying to type. I spent hours on the phone with Apple and they determined it was a hardware issue. When I called Amazon to ask for a replacement, they said they could not replace it. This left me stranded now without a computer for the training. I also have to take Monday off to be able to literally hand it over to UPS. I tried to call the seller but they make it so you cannot talk to anyone in person, you have have to email them but they speak so fast that it is hard to hear what the email address is. The long and short of it is this is the worst experience I have ever had with Amazon. I was so excited, too because all the reviews seemed great but it has SO NOT been my experience at all.

Bought to replace my 13 year old MacBook Air, it still works just not able to keep up reliably with current speeds and memory. The MacBook came in with no major damage, minor scratches but even those you really had to look for. Works great and as advertised, much faster than my old MacBook and has a much better battery life. Good upgrade if you do lighter work with occasional projects (I do video editing every so often for family events and such). I knew it was time to replace my old Mac when I couldn’t do more than a minute long video without it freezing. This one with great and has plenty of power for the general user. I mainly use PowerPoint, iMovie, Adobe and email. It handles it all with no issues, fast, responsive and can handle multitasking.

Got this laptop last year as a high school senior and now I'm heading to college as a freshman. This laptop is amazing It came in great condition, especially with 95% battery health which is great for a refurbished device. First off if you're wondering whether this laptop is still good after all these years then it is. It has been able to handle anything I throw at it I usually have over 20 tabs open as a student and this laptop has been able to open multiple windows with many browsers. Next, the laptop has a great battery life which is easily able to last all day, especially after using it extensively. The keyboard also lights up which is great for typing in the dark and the screen is bright and colorful and high definition and the laptop is definitely usable in direct sunlight. Last the speakers and full and loud which is great. My only inquiry about this laptop is the fact that it isn't touch screen. To summarize this laptop is great in almost every aspect and its probably the best Macbook for its price the only problems are the facts that it can't run many games,m it isn't touch screen and for stem students, this laptop cant run a lot of stem applications but for everyone else this laptop is great.
