Product is as described. Ordered 4 cases, the first case came in quickly, with a “Fragile” sticker. The 2nd shipment arrived with 2 cases on same day to total 3/4 cases. Neither were marked Fragile, fortunately no damage. The 3rd shipment was “lost” for an additional week or so, again, No Fragile marking. Upon opening the 4/4 cases, the final case had 1 bottle shattered. I reported with the second shipment to seller and advised of why No Fragile markings. Haven’t received any response. This was approximately 1.5 weeks ago. All-in-all, satisfied the final 4/4 ordered made it! However, 1 bottle damage as shown in the picture, could be prevented? If a simple sticker or even the use of markers stating “FRAGILE!” Would I buy again; yes. Disappointed (1) broke that I paid for. It may be courtesy to send a replacement of (1) bottle! Otherwise, great product and best of all, reusable.

Something fell on the box, it was punctured and one of the bottles was broken. When I order more please give me a discount or another bottle without the cap please.

The bottles are packaged very well. They are individually bubble wrapped and ther are separated with cardboard. They are well built, using them to bottle home brew and these are great cause you don't have to worry about bottle caps.
