    • NO SAFETY SEAL, NOT EVEN ON THE OUTER BOX - PRODUCT IS NOT TAMPER PROOF!!
Almost every time I buy one of these, whether on Amazon or locally (which by the way, are about 90% waste in packaging since you only get about 1.5 shot glasses of actual product), the box looks like it's been opened from the front, with fingernail marks and fingerprints, and some jars even have loose caps. Sure, I've gotten a few that appeared untouched, but not the case with most. I don't know WHY people are opening the boxes on these, I only know that I feel like I'm playing Russian Roulette every time I go to open a new box. NEUTROGENA, IT IS REALLY TOO MUCH TO ASK THAT YOU SIMPLY PLACE A COMMON CIRCULAR CLEAR-PLASTIC SAFETY SEAL ON THE TOP AND BOTTOM BOX OPENINGS, AND MAYBE - JUST MAYBE ON ON THE JAR CAP?? I'm getting tired of paying $15-$20 regularly for a product I need that I don't feel is safe. I would think that you would want to safety seal your products to avoid a law suit if tampering should occur. Pleas tamper-proof your products, Neutrogena! ... show more

I thought this was the hydro gel moisturizer and was surprised to see it was a different texture. Its a nice product, works well for me with my routine of light layers on my dry skin. However, the scent lingers and when I have a migraine (which is often) the scent is too strong and I've had to wash it off before.
